One major cause of the project failure is that the manufacturer ofthe project doesnt properly explain or manufacture the projectrequirement and its worth

it may occur due to lack of knowledge about the technology

or may be the software engineer doesnt fully utilize thetechnology

Effects:

it can leads the whole software towards the failure

it can also cause wastage of budget and hard work
