2018 Membership Levels Member Information Terms & Conditions

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Memberships are intended for an individual, a family living in the same household, or grandparents and their children/grandchildren and cannot be shared between extended family, neighbors, co-workers, or friends.

Family and Grandparent Memberships must consist of parents, legal guardians, or adult caregivers of attending children. Children named on a Membership must be 17 and under. An adult over 18 must be present to admit named children. Only those listed on the Membership will receive benefits. Photos are required for all named adults and children.

Additional adults and children can be added to a Family or Grandparent Membership in person at the Aquarium; fees apply. Only Family Plus and Grandparent Plus include additional unnamed guests as part of the Membership; a named Member must be present to admit unnamed guests.

Memberships are valid for one year from day of purchase and may be renewed at thelivingplanet.com/memberships or at the Aquarium. Memberships may be upgraded at any time, but the original expiration date is kept.

There is a $2 fee to replace a lost Membership card.

Summer camps, animal encounters, and private events are not included as part of the Membership free entry.

Loveland Living Planet Aquarium reserves the right to make changes to its Membership policies, prices, and benefits at any time with or without notice.

Any misuse of the membership will result in the invalidation of the Membership without refund. Any illegal or inappropriate behavior at the Aquarium, such as theft or destruction of property, will result in loss of membership privileges without refund.
