Welcome to the 2014 Be-A-Star Program: Focus on the Future
Every goal, no matter how big or small, is achieved one step at a time. If you know what success looks like, you can map the path to get there. Achieving our business goals, like the ones outlined in this year’s Be-A-Star program, ensures a successful outcome for our team, our business, and the company. Achieving our business goals calls for us to stay focused and that’s why we’re calling this year’s Be-A-Star program Focus on the Future.
The Be-A-Star program is your guide to success. Star achievements are aligned with your sector’s MAP goals and other important business objectives that will ensure your success and keep you focused. The program consists of three ‘Star’ periods, aligned with the first three quarters of the fiscal year. In the fourth quarter results are tallied and national winners are determined.
You can access your program instructions, find support, upload submissions and claim Stars right here on the Be-A-Star website. We’ve done our best to make it simple and to give you links to everything you’ll need. Please help us keep it ‘green’ by completing and submitting all reports and forms electronically (unless otherwise noted).
Optional “EARLY BIRD” RAFFLE: Let us know how you prepared for this year’s Be-A-Star Program! How are you going to implement Simply Good…what will you do to impact food cost…what is your communication plan…how will you refresh your account? Submit an overview of your plan for this year’s Be-A-Star Program. Upload it to the Star 1, Achievement 1 section of the Be-A-Star website by October 1, 2013 and be eligible for the “Early Bird” Raffle and a chance to win a special dinner with your planning team!
