Research and analysis: Data body exploration and risk assessment

What do we mean by data body? It is the sum of available data and bits of information on the subject of the research and their surroundings, which, if gathered, may be of value or serve as a resource to draw conclusions concerning the past, present or future. During data body exploration, we use data mining solutions to explore all the available information about the individual or business in question, and we categorize the data based on risk levels. Afterwards, we determine the legal and IT solutions required for the cleanup and removal of the uncovered data.

Customized legal solutions and communication strategies: online reputation management

We offer legal removal of unwanted or negative content, and a customized strategy for managing legally irremovable search results. However, quick removal of undesirable information or online content is sometimes hindered. During campaign preparations or in case of an ongoing campaign online content and top search results are essential for retaining a positive image. Consequently, PR and communication plans need to be harmonized with the legal action aimed at content removal. Such content needs to be taken into consideration and managed in a way that it becomes harder to find. To this end, we offer customized communication solutions, coordinated with our other services in order to complement and support those.

Márton NagyPR manager

He received his degree (Marketing and Media Practices) from the University of Bedfordshire Business School. He was still at university when he created the 2009 PR media campaign for the IFE London International Gastronomy Fair. He has years of experience in the fields of PR and marketing. He has designed and realized various PR, marketing and communications projects. As co-founder of Repon Consulting, he participates in developing services, organizing infrastructure support, and establishing company-wide PR communications.

Dr. Gergely RomhányCEO

Graduated from Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law and Political Studies as Juris Doctor and he received a degree as IT Manager from Corvinus University of Budapest. He conducted his professional training at the Hungarian National Bureau of Investigation High Technology Crime Division. Between 2010 and 2013, he worked as legal consultant for CERT-Hungary – Government Incident Response Team, where he mainly handled domestic and international network security projects, incident management procedures, information security regulations and individual cases.

Dr. Rita RubinProject Coordinator

She conducted her legal studies at the University of Pécs Faculty of Law and Political Studies, and she received her second degree from King Sigismund College Faculty of Communication and Media Studies, Business Communication Major. Between 2011-2012, she worked as Trainee Lawyer for the Gábor Fahn Legal Firm, then she joined the Repon Consulting team in 2013. Her main responsibilities include coordinating business operations, consultation in special legal cases and managing company communication.

Dr. Gábor Fahn Legal Manager

Graduated as Juris Doctor from Pázmány Péter Catholic University Faculty of Law and Political Studies. He practiced as a lawyer and legal consultant in criminal law and telecommunications. As co-founder of Repon Consulting, he participates in the legal and business risk assessment of our assignments and projects; furthermore, he contributes to everyday operations as a telecommunications law and project management consultant.

Gergely CsataConsultant

He majored in Business and Marketing Studies at Corvinus University of Budapest, but his interests also branched out towards human behavior and its psychology, especially analyz-ing and observing partners in negotiation situations. As a con-sultant, he draws from such knowledge and experience. During negotiations, he strives to understand the motivations and needs of partners, thus accelerating the agreement process. He assists Repon Consulting in identifying client needs, and he is also a permanent member of the Incident Management crew.
