Two years ago, the government of Saudi Arabia Via KACST decided to put money for some strategic research tracks (Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, Energy Technology, Water Technology, Environmental Technology and others).
The share of Taibah University is 100 million SR/year to do research in seven strategic tracks.
Because of that, a research center is been established at Taibah University.

Why Engineers and Scientist Cannot Become Rich?
Dilbert's "Salary Theorem" states that:
"Engineers and scientists can never earn as much as business executives, sales people, lawyers
and/or doctors."
This theorem can now be supported by mathematical proof based on the following two postulates:
Postulate 1: Knowledge = Power.
Postulate 2: Time = Money.
As every engineer knows: Power = Work / Time.
Since Knowledge = Power, then Knowledge = Work/Time.
Since Time = Money, then Knowledge = Work/Money.
Solving for Money, we get Money = Work /Knowledge.
Thus, as Knowledge approaches zero, Money approaches infinity, regardless of the amount of work done.
Conclusion: The less you know, the more you make money!!!!!!
My friend’s opinion: “If knowledge brings money, then Donkeys would die starving”
