-experts in dealing with colour, texture, shape and size.

- choose paint, wallpaper, carpeting and furniture.
-coordinate painters, tillers and movers
Creativity and good taste are VERY important
-employed by architectural firms, private corporations and governments, or may be self-employed.
-requires a lot of scientific and mathematical expertise.
-coordinate general contractors, electricians, plumbers, landscapers and INTERIOR DESIGNERS!
-Work closely with clients, makes sure designs are as close as possible to the clients wishes.
- both require tons of creativity, imagination and great taste
-first step is to ALWAYS produce a drawing or a sketch
- have a lot of people to look after and coordinate.
-Both have to make sure the client is satisfied with everything
