Hosted Bar (Charged by Consumption)By the drink allows the host to have the option of determining which types of “in stock” drinks are available at the bar. Prices are as follows: Domestic Beer $4, Imported & Craft Beer $5, House Wine $6, House Mixed Drink $6, Premium Mixed Drink $8, Extra Premium Mixed Drink $9 (by request), Top Shelf Mixed Drink $11 (by request), Sodas/Bottled Water $2.

Add an 18% service charge and 9% MD Alcohol Tax to the above prices.

Open Bar (Charged Hourly)This can be purchased per person by the hour with house, premium, or extra premium spirits. Bars purchased with house spirits will also include house wine and domestic beer. Bars purchased with premium or extra premium brands will include house wine and domestic and import beer.

Cash BarYour guests may purchase their own drinks at the bar. Prices include 9% Maryland Alcohol Tax. Prices are as follows: Domestic Beer $5, Imported Beer $6, House Wine $6, House Mixed Drink $6, Premium Mixed Drink $8, Extra Premium Mixed Drink $9, Top Shelf Mixed Drink $11, Sodas/Bottled Water $2

Note: For all of the above types of functions there is a minimum amount of alcohol sales required. If the threshold of $350 is not reached, a bartender/cashier fee will apply as follows: 1 hour bar service will be charged $125, 2 hours bar service will be charged $150 and 3 or more hours of bar service will be charged $175. The above fee is waived for bars with minimum bills of $350.

Alcoholic beverages can be served between the hours of 10 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Mondays through Sundays.

Food must be provided at all events with alcohol being served. No guest may leave the building with an alcoholic beverage. No exceptions.

The WYCC is not able to guarantee beverage/alcohol prices or wine selections, which are subject to change and availability without notice from the Wicomico County Liquor Board. All bar/wine orders must be submitted a minimum of 14 days in advance. WYCC will purchase and supply wine and liquor that is not carried in stock (if available) at client’s request, but only with advance payment. A minimum order/ purchase amount may apply.

All alcohol must be purchased through the WYCC and served by WYCC bartenders. No outside alcohol will be permitted. The WYCC requires minimum sales of $350.00 per bar. If the minimums are met, the bartender and cashier fee will be waived. One bartender is required for every 75 guests. Bartenders and cashiers are billed at $125 for a 1 hour bar; $150 for a 2 hour bar; $175 for a 3 hour bar or more. The bartender fees do not apply toward the minimum sales requirement.

You may choose to have your host bar service based on (1) per person/per hour pricing, (2) by-the-drink pricing, or (3) cash bar by the drink pricing. Please remember, hosted bar by-the-drink charges include all drinks served, not just drinks consumed. Cash bar prices include sales tax.

Standard bar service includes your choice of House and Premium liquor, domestic beer, imported beer, house wine, sodas and water. It is the assumption that cash bars will be set with the Standard Bar Service. Any Extra Premium or Top Shelf liquors will be stocked by request only.
