ABOUT THE EL PASO COMMUNITY COLLEGE FACT BOOK

The Fact Book is designed to provide a “snapshot” of the Fall 2017 semester at the El Paso Community College.  This

current edition focuses solely on Fall 2017, although several tables and charts do provide data for a full year.

The College’s Office of Institutional Planning, in collaboration with the Office of Institutional Research, created this

publication using data from student records, the EPCC Dashboards, along with information from the U.S. Census

Bureau, and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.  Both offices have made every effort to ensure the

accuracy of the information.

The Fact Book is divided into two major sections.  The first section displays a teal border at the bottom of each page

and focuses on data for the El Paso County located in El Paso, Texas.  The second section focuses on students

attending the El Paso Community College and displays a light blue border at the bottom of each page.

It is with pride that we present the Fall 2017 Fact Book.  We encourage you to review this publication in its entirety to

appreciate all that the El Paso Community College has to offer the community and surrounding areas.
