Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment

If you have concerns about your teen’s use of alcohol and other drugs, call Amanda at 364-5686 for a substance abuse assess-ment. This program provides individual and group therapy to help educate teens on sub-stance use risks, increase coping skills, and assist youth with making healthy choices. (Note: This program also meets require-ments for teens involved with the court sys-tem due to Underage Drinking citations.)

Evidence Based Practice Anxiety Group

We are currently taking referrals for a treat-ment group for anxiety planned to start in January/February. Group meets two hours per week for 8-12 weeks, depending on the needs of the participants. Do you find yourself worrying about many things most of the time? Are you having problems sleeping because you cannot stop the worry? Does this worry affect your relationships with oth-ers because you are often irritable, can't concentrate, or too tired to do things?
