The importance of the in-store experience
Ciò che un potenziale cliente trova nel punto di
vendita è determinante
nella decisione di
acquisto. I Brand vogliono visibilità per i loro
prodotti, i Retailer desiderano un'ottima
customer experience.
What a customer finds in the point of sale
is at the basis of the purchase
decision. Brands want visibility for their
products, Retailers seek a perfect
customer experience.

4"
The demands of Marketing, Trade and Sales
Is the new product available
on the shelves?
The current promotion
is clearly marked?
Is my product often in out of stock?
The new display is
available in all stores?
Do promoters well interact with customers?
How’s my brand visibility compared to my competitors?
How can I get many sales
leads from shop owners?
Do they recommend my product?
The windows
are set up correctly?
Distributors and merchandisers
Do their job? Is the shelf
layout as agreed?
In-store
investments need
to be measured
but your own agents and
merchandisers might not be able
to visit many points
of sale in a short
time.

The new way to measure the point of sale: Field intelligence in crowdsourcing.
BeMyEye is the innovative service for crowdsourcing store checks, mystery shopping and other forms of field monitoring.
Thanks to a widespread network of over 39,000 Eyes (on-demand workers using an iPhone or Android app), BeMyEye offers to its business customers images and data from thousands of locations in few days and at reasonable prices.

How it works
Brief, questionnaire
setup and address geocoding
Publishing of the campaign
Data receiving
from the field
Validation of jobs done
Results
Customer and BeMyEye share the objectives of the research: - Preparation of the
questionnaire with instructions on what to detect (products, POP, pricing, approach from sales reps etc.); - Geocoding of
addresses to be visted.
The eye reads the Job’s instructions and evaluates the pay.
The first available Eye, reserves the
job, goes to the
location, checks-in
via GPS, fills the
tasks with the
requested answers
and pictures, uploads the completed job.
BeMyEye’s platform receives the completed jobs that gets checked and validated by our staff. BeMyEye invites the
customer to view
the results online
since the very first days of the campaign.
The customer logs to BeMyEye.com where he can see the results in real time. As the campaign proceeds, more data arrives and the customer will use the tools of the site to evaluate them.
The questionnaire is posted on the map of the app at each address. The app alerts the
Eyes in the vicinity of each available Job.

…to support your business processes
Assortment check at the POS
We create alert systems that warn agents / dealers when the marketing mix is below your expectations.
Sales Training
We check if sales reps or dealers follow your guidelines when explaining your products. We measure the quality of the interaction with customers.
MBO
We build KPIs based on the presence of products and promotional materials that contribute to the evaluation and incentives for agents, distributors and merchandisers.
Develop business potential on the field
We collect names of shop owners interested in being contacted for marketing actions. The redemption is much higher compared to direct marketing.
Check affiliated POS
We shorten the distance between you and your affiliates, periodically checking if the interior layout and communication meets your guidelines.
Check visibility of promotions
We monitor the proper deployment and the performance of your promotions or of those of your competitors.

Advantages vs. traditional methods
Certification of data given by a combination of automatic mechanisms (e.g. check-in via GPS, photographic evidence or barcode scan) and behavioral incentives and disincentives (economic or not). Limited unitary cost of each visit. The widespread distribution of our workforce zeroes travel expenses. Those who are already near to an address have a very little marginal cost in going there. Mass observations with ordinary people. A single survey can be performed on 10,000 or more addresses simultaneously, with the “agnostic” approach of a consumer’s eye. Speed in obtaining data allowing almost real time reaction when wrong execution in-store happens. On average, the first 50% of the surveys will arrive within 4 days. Output. Online analytics with charting tools and picture galleries, granular data available in Excel file containing links to images.
