Treetops – for sale freeholdThe property is approached down a quiet and secluded no-through lane with only one other property beyond. The private driveway leads through electric gates to ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers beside the house. Off the driveway is the double garage. Steps wind through the lawn at the rear to the porch and front door. There is also a pedestrian gate leading directly onto the lane. North Devon CoastTreetops occupies a commanding cliff top position and overlooks Combe Martin Bay and The Bristol Channel with Wales in the far distance. The house enjoys uninterrupted and far-reaching sea views and is positioned a short distance from Combe Martin Beach. This area of North Devon is renowned for its dramatic coastline, sandy beaches and unspoilt countryside.

Treetops sits between the villages of Combe Martin and Berrynarbor, both of which offer a selection of shops, a number of pubs, and a primary school each. The market town of Barnstaple is about 11 miles away and offers an

extensive range of shopping facilities including a number of supermarkets and leading retailers as well as good leisure and sporting facilities and a thriving weekly market.

A few hundred yards from the property are steps off the South West Coast path that provides access down to Broadsands Beach (known as Little Thailand) where there is a secluded cove and beach.

The Sandy Cove Hotel is next door and offers excellent food, a gym, bar, indoor pool and restaurant.

Watermouth Cove and marina is about a 15 minute walks away, in front of Berrynarbor, and tidal moorings may be available and offers the perfect waterfront lifestyle. It has a public slipway.

The North Devon Coast is renowned for the beauty of its beaches and is a well-regarded destination for surfing enthusiasts.
