Dear Parents / Carers,
On the next page, you will find a suggested reading list for children from 0-5 years.
It is, of course, important to select reading books to match your child’s interests, but here are
just a few examples of age-appropriate books to support you with the selection!
Please remember that children need to read every evening for 15 minutes in KS1 and for 30
minutes in KS2.
If you have any questions about selecting books for your child, please come and see your
class teacher.
