Effective implementation of Media Plan tapping all forms of use of innovative media and communication including TV/ radio/UFO movies, use of LED screens and seats of buses in and around Mumbai metropolitan region, use of ST buses, gas cylinders etc. for display of voters' awareness messages.
Dedicated media strategy with regular presence via radio/television and print media interviews covering voters' education and awareness
EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF MEDIA PLAN AND NOTEWORTHY
MEDIA PRESENCE
Conceptualized and gave major contribution in erecting up the Republic Day Tableau of the Election Commission of India in Maharashtra State Republic Day Parade showcasing EPIC, l ive models of actual voting.
The Tableau gained lot of popularity at the event
REPUBLIC DAY TABLEAU OF THE ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA
Conceptualization and creative inputs for preparation of all State level audio/video advertisements.
Designed Banners/ Posters for media inserts.
Use of Social Networking Sites (Facebook, Youtube and Whatsapp) to spread mass awareness amongst voters of all sections of the society
CREATIVE EFFORTS FOR IEC
State level coordination and participation in innovations to encourage Youth Voters, viz. Debate Competitions, discussions, NSS activities etc.
Actively participated in ‘Mera Vote Mera Haq’ Debate Competition in association with Mumbai University and NSS
ENCOURAGING YOUTH PARTICIPATION
Gave NERPAP Training to all Officers/ Staff of the entire Secretariat Building.
Actively participated in CSOs/ NGOs events to promote voters’ education and awareness
Handling Voters' complaints/ Voters' Fest portal (NVSP)/ SVEEP Portal for Maharashtra.
Prompt liaison with Officers of the Commission, National and International Delegations visiting Maharashtra, CSOs, NGOs, Media, Educational Institutes, Partner Departments, Field Election Officials and Staff of the State.
HOLISTIC APPROACH TOWARDS SVEEP
Initiated and further facilitated for the special camps for enrolment of Transgenders and Sex Workers voters in the State. Promptly held various rounds of consultative discussions with NGOs/ CSOs pertaining to transgender rights in the State.
Currently working on the unique task of SVEEP-III module for awareness of Transgenders and Sex Workers voters.
