How did we build this?

• Staff fed the information found in the vacancy into an Excel spreadsheet in the effort to find commonalities in terms of skills. Staff will be look at the following jobs primarily: • Program/Project Assistant (or Regional Assistant, Unit Assistant, etc.)• Program/Project Coordinator • Program/Project Associate (or Project management associate, associate I or II)• Assistant Program/Project Officer • *sometimes* specialist roles (if they ask for 1-3 years of experience)

• Since we will analyze more junior positions, we are looking for positions that have the following criteria: • 1-3 years of experience • Bachelors and/or master’s requirement • We are looking for Headquarters-based positions, not field positions or consulting

roles.
