BILAGA Inledning I tabellerna 3.1 och 3.2 i bilaga VI till CLP-förordningen uppräknas de farliga ämnen vars klassificering och märkning har harmoniserats i Europeiska gemenskapen. I bilaga VI till nämnda förordning bestäms klassificeringen och märkningen av ämnena i fråga samt vid behov koncentrationsgränserna och anmärkningarna. Ämnena i bilaga VI till CLP-förordningen har i CLP-förordningen endast angivits på engelska. På varningsetiketten för en kemikalie som saluförs och används i Finland ska namnet på ett ämne anges på finska och svenska. Denna förordning har utfärdats för sökning av dessa finsk- och svenskspråkiga namn. Med hjälp av identifikationsnummer söks ämnets klassificering och märkning i tabell 3.1 eller 3.2 i bilaga VI till CLP-förordningen och därefter söks ämnets namn på finska och svenska i denna förord- ning. Bestämmelser om tidsfristerna för användning av klassificeringarna och märkningarna enligt tabell 3.1 och 3.2 i bilaga VI till CLP-förordningen ingår i artiklarna 61 och 62 i förordningen samt i ikraftträdandebestämmelsen i lagen om ändring av kemikalielagen (408/2009). 34 Nr 5
