2.9. Stainless steel screws and bolts (MB, Prisma)

2.9.1. UseScrews and bolts used to connect bars on the pads of Masterpactdevices than 4000 A.

Stainless steel screws and bolts must be mounted alreadylubricated (grease is Amblygon TA 15/2).Comply with the tightening torque applicable for this screw type. Useof stainless steel screws and bolts limits flow of eddy currents, dueto its non-magnetic properties, thus avoiding excessive overheatingat the Masterpact connecting pads.
