NOVE ARTISTI PER LONDRA

In questa edizione di Art in Mind, nello spazio che la galle-ria bergamasca ha occupato ,vengono inseriti nove artisti italiani. Per la New Artemisia Gallery è la quarta volta che presenta presso la Brick Lane Gallery suoi artisti al pubbli-co londinese.In questa edizione, i nove artisti, presentano lavori vera-mente contrastanti, Beltrami Morena con un’opera dedicata ad un grande cantante inglese, lo fa attraverso un collage fotografico stampato sulla tela che contiene oltre ai flash di immagine anche il testo della canzone, un omaggio al cantante in oggetto. Fra le figure emergono anche quelle ispirate al mondo del collage, composizione tematiche e rappresentative dell’artista Rossini Oliva Elena, raffigu-ranti mondi interiori e misteriosi racchiusi in un groviglio materico che ne fanno un unico intento, si accompagna a questo insieme una solitaria ed espressiva ironica donna di Raffaele Santa Lucia, ammiccante e irriverente ma nel contempo spiritosa, opera ad olio bene eseguita e moderna. Modernità la troviamo nelle composizioni di Scopetti Luca, quattro elementi singoli che si compongono in un quadrila-tero alternante a seconda della propria dimensione umana, composti e scomposti in un dialogo personale, a formare un unico disegno architettonico. Grazia Barbi entra in que-sto mondo con una sua sincera visione astrale, suddivisa in bianco nero rosso, tre colori che si mescolano in un mo-vimento continuo, un figurativo emblematico e incisivo che volendo ci può portare a conoscere mondi interiori, 11 mar-zo è questo il titolo che probabilmente porta ad un evento specifico e sacrificale. Diversamente Tonelli Luisa illumina la tela con un personaggio dinamico che si stacca dal fon-do emergendo in solitudine. Dice l’artista “Vi è la mancata voglia di una riproduzione attenta ai particolari, ma una ri-cerca di immediatezza nella rappresentazione degli scorci del movimento cittadino, dei visi anonimi con una loro storia propria e sconosciuta, del macro naturalistico, del repor-tage di festival ed eventi musicali dove la musica è in con-nubio con l’Arte pittorica”. Felice e solare la figura che si staglia nel fondale da favola di Terranova Valeria, emerge dal mondo dei sogni per comunicare attraverso forme e ge-sti semplici la complessità dei nostri momenti. Nel campo della solitudine, troviamo l’opera dell’artista Sebastiano Longaretti, prospetticamente perfetto nella composizione architettonica della piazza, dove emerge la figura di donna che si appresta a raggiungere il termine dello spazio, nero su rosa, una componente nuova di questo artista che si è sempre distinto per le sue composizioni bianche e nere, in quest’ultima opera vi è un cambiamento positivo, l’aggiunta del rosa rende tutto il lavoro gratificante e armonioso.Aldebaran

Di professione architetto fin da piccola si dedica alla pit-tura. Inizialmente rimane colpita dai grandi maestri del-l’Impressionismo e cerca una rappresentazione figurativa a loro ispirata ma personalizzata. Il suo cammino artistico si è evoluto nel tempo fino a farle prendere la decisione di dedicare la propria vita interamente all’arte. Attualmente la sua pittura è informale. Grazia Barbi, architect, was born in Castellamonte, a coun-try of Piemonte, from a young age he devoted himself to painting. BELTRAMI MORENA

Morena nasce a Modena nel gennaio del 1965.Dopo le scuole dell’obbligo frequenta la Scuola di Addet-to alla segreteria Aziendale all’istituto C. Cattaneo di Carpi (MO). Sin da bambina non nasconde la sua spiccata esube-ranza e introspezione artistica ma non frequenta mai scuole d’arte, pur avendo molti amici nel campo. Preferisce dare libero sfogo alla sua vena “artistica incontaminata” come ama definire lei. “Bisogna lasciare che il proprio IO sia ad accompagnarci durante l’esecuzione di un quadro, non che ci si riponga ine-vitabilmente a quello che già si conosce. Ognuno di noi ha un suo stile ed è giusto che emerga senza contaminazioni di alcun genere, che resti puro così come è nato, e che si esprima dalla mano libera di colui che ne rende il merito” Questo è il suo pensiero d’artista. Per questo non frequenta nessuna scuola, rimane autodidatta in qualsiasi campo arti-stico decide di cimentarsi, raggiungendo sempre traguardi di tutto livello.

La Bellezza - é una necessità interiore che sfocia in un costante bisogno di riscattare nel quotidiano.La Forma - nessun gioco per pochi eletti, nessun silenzio espres-sivo da dover interpretare - tutto é riconoscibile. Elena Rossini Oliva nasce ad Alcamo ( TP ) nel 1974. Dopo gli studi umanistici si trasferisce a Palermo dove frequenta l’Accademia di Belle Arti per diplomarsi nel 1998 (sez. scenografia) con tesi sulla musica nel cinema di Peter Greenaway. Inizia il suo percorso artistico che la porta ad indagare le temati-che relative all’arte contemporanea ed alla interdisciplinarietà dei diversi linguaggi espressivi. Continua a Palermo la sua formazione approfondendo la storia dell’arte e delle tradizioni culturali/ antropologiche del territorio siciliano e nel contempo, attraverso la poetica del collage contatta le radici profonde della sua terra, fortemente legate al mito.Nel 2005 si trasferisce a Bergamo, dove vive e lavora. Prosegue il suo percorso di ricerca artistica, approfondendo le tematiche delle avanguardie, partecipando a seminari formativi presso la Gamec. di Bergamo e collaborando come designer, pres-so uno studio di architettura.

Nel 2009 partecipa al 4 concorso Internazionale Arte Laguna di Venezia con l’opera dal titolo “ Trame naturali.” Scrive un saggio su Klimt e la Nuda Ve-ritas.

Nel 2010 partecipa alla collettiva dal titolo Arte Sacra presso la New Artemisia Gallery di Bergamocon due opere dal titolo “ Fuoco sacro” e Viaggio dell’anima”.

Nel 2010 partecipa al settimo concorso di pittura internazionale Trofeo G. Moroni “I COLORI DELLA MIA TERRA” nella sez. digital art, con l’opera dal titolo “ Sicily, i colori ed i sapori della mia terra”.

Nel 2010 partecipa al 5 concorso Internazionale Arte Laguna di Venezia con le opere dal titolo “ Città del futuro” e “Vincenti intuizioni”.

Elena Rossini Oliva was born in Alcamo (TP) in 1974. After his clas-sical studies he moved to Palermo where he attended the Academy of Fine Arts to graduate in 1998 (sec. scene) with a thesis on music in films by Peter Greenaway. He began his artistic journey that le-ads her to investigate issues relating to contemporary art and in-terdisciplinary nature of the different forms of expression.Palermo continues to deepen his studies of art history and cultural traditions / anthropology of the Sicilian territory and at the same time, through the poetics of collage contact the deep roots of his land, which is strongly linked to myth.In 2005 he moved to Bergamo, where he lives and works.It continues its path of artistic exploration, deepening the themes of the avant garde, participating in seminars at the Gamec. Bergamo and working as a designer at an architectural firm.In his works the artist, through the use of graphic and material assemblies, transmits emotions and dreamlike visions, magical atmosphere, symbolic, archetypal, mostly related to women. Loo-king back, attentive to beauty, attention to detail, in contact with the inner depths of soul and creative nature.

Sono nato nel 1975 a Pisa, e fin da piccolo ho nutrito una forte at-trazione verso le espressioni artistiche pittoriche e musicali, che ho sempre coltivato con passione e costanza.Dopo qualche anno dal conseguimento del diploma di ragioniere e da esperienze lavorative, nel 1998 ho frequentato l’Accademia d’arte di Pisa presso il maestro Bruno Pollacci.Nello stesso anno sono stato ammesso all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze, dove, sotto l’egida del professor Roberto Giovannelli, ho conseguito il Diploma in pittura. In quell’occasione ho sviluppato la tesi: teoria e metodo dei mass-media, con relatore il professor Nicola Corradini.Poco dopo la laurea, per tre anni, ho lavorato come grafico pubbli-citario ed illustratore di libri, ma già dal 1999 ho iniziato ad esporre pubblicamente le mie opere alle varie manifestazioni indette dalla mia città e presso gallerie.Nel 2007, incuriosito dalle potenzialità e dalla resa del getto di co-lore, ho frequentato il corso di aerografia, allievo di Marco Paoletti, all’Art & Heart Studio di Firenze, sperimentando a più riprese sup-porti e tecniche.Nel 2009 ho voluto perfezionare l’espressività anatomica dei miei dipinti puntando sullo studio della mimica e della dinamicità, moti-vo per il quale mi sono iscritto alla Scuola di Fumetto Livingstone di Pontedera, dove ho potuto approfittare degli insegnamenti di Ric-cardo Bogani e Riccardo Pieruccini.Impulso sconosciuto, l’arte, che mi spinge ad esternare le mie emozioni con esplosioni di colore e movimento […] L’imperfetto, l’asimmetrico, l’irregolare e il particolare. Questo è quello di cui mi nutro.

Since a child I nurtured a strong attraction to the artistic expres-sion of painting and music, I have always cultivated with passion and perseverance.After a few years after graduation diploma in accounting and work experience in 1998 I attended the art academy of Pisa at the master Bruno Pollacci. That same year I was admitted to the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, where, under the aegis of Professor Roberto Giovannelli, I graduated in painting. Shortly after graduation, for three years, I worked as a graphic de-signer and illustrator of books, but since 1999 I started to publicly display my works in the various events organized by my city and in galleries. In 2007, intrigued by the potential and the yield of inkjet color, I attended the airbrush, a student of Marco Paoletti, Art & Heart Studio in Florence, trying several times and technical sup-port. In 2009 I wanted to improve the expressiveness of my paintings fo-cusing on the anatomical study of facial expression and dynamism, which is why I joined the School of Cartoon Livingstone Pontedera, where I benefited from the lessons of Riccardo Bogani and Riccar-do Pieruccini.

Luca Scopetti è nato nel 1984 a Pisa, e vive nella stessa provincia. Si occupa arte in senso ampio da diversi anni. La sua creatività si manifesta nei più svariati campi… dalla cucina alla musica, per fini-re poi all’attività che lo occupa maggiormente… la pittura. Dipinge la condizione umana nei suoi aspetti più profondi, utilizzando tec-niche miste e perfino il materico. La passione per il disegno risale a quando era appena un neonato; sua madre racconta sempre che quando aveva appena 12 mesi fece il suo primo graffito sul muro del corridoio in preda alla febbre alta. Con l’adolescenza la pas-sione s’è rafforzata e ovunque si trovasse disegnava! I suoi studi tecnici come geometra, i contatti con la StreetArt e l’influenza di molti noti pittori come Dalì, Bosh, HR Giger… lo hanno aiutato a esprimersi meglio. Nel corso degli anni ha migliorato le sue capa-cità e adesso il suo lavoro riassume il suo concetto di vita: “Il viag-gio, la perdita del sonno, la semi-incoscienza del tratto, l’istinto, la fantasia e la libertà di un bambino”. Con i suoi lavori fa emergere nell’osservatore le emozioni che si porta dentro.

My name is Luca Scopetti. I was born in Pisa (Italy) the 14th Sept 1984. I currently live and work in Fornacette - Pisa (Italy). The passion for the drawing arises from the childhood; my mother tells already I was 12 months I had done my first "Murales" in prey to the fever. With the adolescence this passion is strengthened, and wherever I was, I was drawing! My technical studies, the con-tact with "Street Art" and the influences of many painters as Dalì, Bosh, HR Giger, have helped me to express myself as better. In the years I've improved my skill and at the present my artwork reas-sume my life concept: "The journey, the loss of sleep, the stroke unconsciousness, the instinct, the imagination and the freedom of a child". With my works I'm looking for emerging in the observer the emotions that he has inside of itself.

“Luca Scopetti's work is often thematically focused on the human condition, and his vi-sual exploration of these fervently held topics conjures a universe of textures and forms. Whether he conducts a frenzy of colors and shapes that climb up the canvas, or focuses on visual motifs that are more iconic and symmetrical, his paintings tap directly into the viewer's subconscious through a dance of shapes that occupy a space partly in the mate-rial world and partly in a dream state. Yet Luca's paintings remain grounded in real-life concerns, with a dynamic mix of organic forms lying hidden thin his abstract gyrations. His works conjure an equally wide range of moods, by turns carnivalesque, brooding, or contemplative. DINNER WITH AN ARTISTLuca Scopetti was born in 1984 in Pisa. Today he lives in a little town not so far from Pisa. Hisinterests range over many fields, from cooking to music, but the most important activity whichinvolves him is painting.He paints human condition in their deeper aspects, using mixed media and even the art of matter. His passion for drawing dates back from his childhood; his mother tells he was 12months old, a prey to the fever, when he had done his first graffito on a wall. During hisadolescence this passion was strengthened, and wherever he was, he was drawing! His technical studies as geometric designer, some contacts with "StreetArt" and the in-fluences of many well-known painters as Dalì, Bosh, HR Giger helped him to express himself as better. During the years he improved his skill and at the present his artworks reassume his life concept: "The journey, the loss of sleep, the stroke unconsciousness the instinct, the imagination and the freedom of a child". With his works he’s looking to get the observer to free the emotions he has inside. On an autumn evening, I was at his home, and Luca started to take out a frying pan and to cut an onion. During our chat a lot of curiosities emerged: he started his career to paint seas with oil colors and went on in a very diversified route through new art expression form. Every his paint partly summarizes the life moment which he was living as regards subject and technique. Curiosities, new encounters, people who he has known, experiments with colors and matters, emotions he feels, things which strike him... everything have influenced every single stroke. He tested pencil, acrylic, enamel and so on and he was able to enchant me with the vinyl glue plasticity which he uses to paste objects on his artworks. He told me about a long period when he suffered from insomnia and during those long nights he experimented dripping, drawing his inspiration from another of his favorite painters: Pollock. Very enchanted from blob of color shapes and drips, he started to go over all drip lines on canvas which he painted, giving them emphasis. Dripping becomes a character which identifies Luca’s artworks. I have also discovered that in “Insomnia III” there is his first matter intervention. He created a mixture of vinyl glum and leaves and in fact monsters, painted on, are browsing on le ves!!! Telling about the “Evolution” series, he told me it was born in consequence of some artists acquaintance at Belle Arti Academy in Florence.A crossing between surrealism and metaphysics. Very particular worlds, strange characters... and the question became obvious! I asked him to give me reasons for all those eyes I see in his artworks. It’s clear his strong passion for eyes in real life too... when he is talking with you, he looks within you through your eyes, maybe because... how can we say it??? Eyes are the mirror of the soul... and Luca evidently knows it! He told me he paints eyes because he wishes to give a birth to characters he creates. His paints must be able to look at himself and at everything around there! While he was browning a onion, I asked him to tell about “Gold”, one, among his works, I like most, and he said that it was the period during which he was very enchanted from oriental religions, from strong and vivid colors of Hinduism and Buddhism. Then we talked about “Trips” and I found out he was bored in that period and wanted to test something new: trip like artistic research! I also found out that exists a “Trip II”, but this is a secret!!! Luca, setting, like an expert chef, some cubes of smoked bacon into the pan, told me that during a journey he met a girl. In the same period he became very keen on masks and medieval torture, and so his very first matter approach was born. The paint reflects that girls in her person. While an appetizing smell was spreading in the kitchen and I was sipping a glass of red wine, Luca told about a return in the past during he learned the true studio artist’s trade. A new world made up by canvas and frames. Then I saw Luca cutting mushrooms, tomatoes and artichokes which he placed into the pan...and in the exact moment during which a cloud of vapor was rising from the pan, we started to talk about an artwork painted in the old condominium where Luca lived some time ago with his family (where he had only a little space in the kitchen to paint his artworks): “Vapors”.A paint begun with a ballpoint pen directly on the canvas; a paint which followed in part the same route of glazing study in oil painting; a paint, in my opinion, very delicate and impalpable like fog and also like that little branch affixed on. Luca took out from a kitchen cupboard a bottle of good and old rum and wash down the vegetables in the pan; we were talking about these trees which I find in many his artworks. Nowadays using matter like art expression doesn’t leave him. And in those days during which he feels bored, he goes to his beloved beach ... and if it’s winter and there has been a stormy sea ... it‘s better! He walks along the beach and observes the things brought set back by the sea. He always collects something which someday will be useful. I dwell upon the thought Luca has created a suggestive, unique in his way, world using nature in his paints. It’s a graphic composition used in the more classic way. We can define it like a figurative geometry and, at the same time, an abstract geometry where every picture fits the other. Meanwhile Luca opened the home refrigerator and took out a very perfumed smoked Scamorza cheese which he promptly cut into cubes... at the same time water came to the boil... and I was besides myself ... I couldn’t wait to know if his hands are magic to cook too... Talking about trees, the association of ideas was obvious, and I asked him about “Memory”: in absolute the most amazing and particular artwork of this man! He told me that he took 6 months and an half to realize it - and I can assure you that it’s evident- during which he pasted and sewed every object put on the paint. Obviously Luca is very attached to this artwork. Intentionally I didn’t ask him what are memories for him about or what specific memory is the paint about, but I read in his eyes, while he started cooking pasta, that it was a hard-fought period of his life. The fragrance of the sauce filled me with joy ... and Luca gave his high class touch to it... he added a tablespoon of Genoese Pesto! By this time words followed one to the other without a break and we started to lay the table talking about the period he worked for a restorer. That was for him an exciting period of life, where he learned a lot of things. Luca told me Mrs. Maria, who became a friend of his, offered him an old wooden beam attic floor of a hayloft to use likea painting studio. Speaking of this Luca was deeply moved, like Maria was offering that opportunity at that time. He strained the pasta and placed it in the pan. He told me hefurnished the attic, having found a sofa on the street and having cleaned and repaired it, to carry it to the studio. He described me in great details things layout, so it looks like to havedinner in that hayloft. Luca finally served the Ben’s Pasta (best friends call him Ben). How good this pasta smelt!!! It was delicious! At sight it was a blaze of joyful colors, like his paints... in fact I felt a little hesitant! He told me about some summer nights, when he took shelter up there, about a very narrow and dangerous folding ladder he clambered up and he told me how was born “Invasion” idea. It’s incredible to imagine Luca, in 2007, painting this canvas completely in the dark, in this attic illuminated only by a candle hold by his left hand. He painted a large part of this artwork in the dark, thickening the colors with a special restoration varnish which shines colors. At the end, neither Luca expected this red strong impact. I snapped at first morsel and it threw me into ecstasies! This man is a wonderland box, his hands are magic, he’s an artist at 360°!!! I was a little abstracted but I didn’t lose either a word! He told me about a stove table which showed two big circular holes, probably used for stove tubes. This table intrigued him. The first result didn’t satisfy him and this table was put aside to wait for a best idea. One day he decided to threw on a bucketful of black color and another of brush dirty water, solvent and oil of turpentine, where was washed all his passion, all color mix he had used, all his ideas. From the dripped down water slowly appeared by magic a thing he had had in mind since a long time. A beautiful face and its thoughts. Now it’s clear to me all that has been rounding in my mind since 2008 when I saw all his artworks for the first time. I remembered when I told his father Luca had something special, I didn’t see anything like that and Luca was destined to great events. He has magic hands like only few people have. Luca drews without thinking , and, at the end, last stroke combines with first without any help. Images take the form itself, simply directed by his hands. I’m enchanted. While we were eating the pasta we talked about the day we met. The reason I met him were not paints, but I met him at the home of a boy who plays with him. Yes, because Luca is a musician too. He’s a leader of emerging band, they play grunge/alternative-noise music. With this expression some people in this sector had defined his music. I can define things he play like music representations of his paints. Paints and songs integrate perfectly in this eclectic and involving personality!But I didn’t want to stop talking about his paints now I was finding a lot of curiosities and I asked him: what’s about “maternity and innocence”? he threw some words: graphic,abstraction, dripping, spray... and I lose myself thinking about those three figures, where the figure in the centre is a mother, at right there is a girl who has lost her innocence in themoment she became a woman. A strong sensations paint. After all these words about his paints, peacefully drinking a very good wine and after a delicious food, I had allowed myself to express my opinion about another paint I love: “Kiss”. I never expressed my though about it. Every time I came here, at Luca’s home, I saw it hangedon the wall. I often go by it and I know it in every details. I had always thought it represents Luca in his sweet and bitter essence at the same time. Softness of a kiss, very sweet andsensual, and strong and extreme fury of him who suffered very much a passion. Luca’s friends know how he’s sweet and tender and, at the same time, strong and forceful, and in this paint he included all that he allowed me to know about him. Instead he said in that period he needed big spaces because he felt packed in little dimension, he needed to free his stroke.There is no doubt he completely succeeded in this. Dinner was finished for quite a long time and we was fascinated from fantasy and colors, andall enchanting characters. I hugged Luca and I said him goodbye. I went down the ladder and I was thinking again to all curiosities which he told me and I didn’t know about those paints saw a lot of times. And I can’t wait for come here again tomorrow and to taste again another cross-section of his incredible and productive mind.I image you’ll be curious to know who is writing with emphasis about him ... only a dearest friend who was lucky to have him in her life!

Valeria Terranova nasce nel Settembre del 1985 a Messina,terra feconda di ingegni artistici e letterari.Educata all'arte fin dalla tenera età,viene stimolata dall'ambiente familiare all'introspezione artistica.Influenzata da correnti pittoriche come il cubismo,il surrealismo,la pittura naif e la pop-art,il suo stile personale e libero mantiene vivo il rapporto con la realtà delle cui suggestioni si nutre.Dopo gli studi classici e durante la frequentazione universitaria, presso la facoltà di Conservazione dei Beni Culturali di Viterbo,si avvicina agli ambienti culturali londinesi,intrattenendo rapporti con artisti della capitale britannica.

“I am Me. In all the world, there is no one else exactly like me. Everything that comes out of me is authentically mine, because I alone chose it -- I own everything about me: my body, my feelings, my mouth, my voice, all my actions, whether they be to others or myself. I own my fantasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears. I own my triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes. Because I own all of me, I can become intimately acquainted with me. Luisa Tonelli nasce a Udine nell’aprile del 1981.Nel 2000 si diploma come grafica pubblicitaria presso l’ Istituto Statale d’Arte “ G. Sello” di Udine.Vive e lavora a Pasian di Prato - Udine.

il mio personale stile di rappresentazione sostituendo allo scatto fotografico il pennello.Una tela nasce da un’iniziale ricerca fotografica attraverso decine di scatti mirati a soggetti e a situazioni svariate; i migliori,e cioè quelli che mi suscitano emozione, vengono successivamente rie-laborati attraverso una post produzione con photoshop e vengono effettuati dei tagli di immagine, delle correzioni di tonalità dove vengono utilizzati dei filtri. Intervengo tagliando i soggetti, con-centrando l’inquadratura anche su dettagli apparentemente senza interesse e capita più delle volte che intervenendo sempre più nel-la figura originale alla fine si ottiene qualcosa che lascia ben poco della foto di partenza.Terminato il lavoro a video procedo con l’abbozzo su telaio del mio soggetto per poi iniziare con la pittura ad olio grasso su magro. Raccolgo scatti per farne “frame”di vita vissuta su telai di cotone o lino di grandi formati. Frame indipendenti tra loro ma che uniti raccontano un percorso di ricerca e divengono gocce dello stesso mare.Per i soggetti più complicati il lavoro può svilupparsi anche nell’ar-co di un mese.Si tratta di frammenti di esistenze provviste di anima e non, di rita-gli, di inquadrature di una vita metafisica quasi sospesa nel tempo in grado di porre all’osservatore una condizione di auto interroga-zione personale.Vi è la mancata voglia di una riproduzione attenta ai particolari, ma una ricerca di immediatezza nella rappresentazione degli scorci del movimento cittadino, dei visi anonimi con una loro storia pro-pria e sconosciuta, del macro naturalistico, del reportage di festival ed eventi musicali dove la musica è in connubio con l’Arte pittorica.Non si vuole perseguire il raggiungimento di una omologia con il reale, ma bensì questa pittura è un modo disimpegnato di tradur-re con i pennelli la visione della propria realtà: istantanee dove il gesto pittorico vuole citare, svelare con il sovraccarico di colore, di emozioni. Pennellate istintive, forti, viscerali, gestuali, impulsive quasi dovute alla paura di non riuscire a fissare il soggetto nell’atti-mo del suo essere in quanto, come sosteneva Eraclito “Tutto scorre come un fiume”.Ma una mia tela nasce anche da un’idea, da un concetto: la quo-tidianità uccide l’osservazione ed il rapporto con il mondo che ci circonda. L’assenza di cornice è una scelta voluta per non impri-gionare l’inquadratura e per non comprimere i cieli, gli spazi, come in un’ istantanea appena scattata ad un concerto, per strada, su un prato. Il mio intento è quello di catturare ciò che sfugge all’occhio umano. Siamo tutti presi da un vivere frenetico che ci porta a non osservare i particolari di un mondo parallelo: la bellezza di un colo-re, di una forma, la forza di una tonalità accesa, un contrasto di luci, il sistema ordinato e armonico della natura stessa.E’ questo che cerco di immortalare per renderlo, a mio modo, vi-sibile a tutti.Luisa Tonelli

Louis Tonelli was born in Udine in April 1981. In 2000 he graduated as a graphic design at the ‘Art Institute “G. Sello “in Udine. He lives and works in Pasian di Prato - UdineAddress my own personal style of representation by repla-cing the photograph the brushA painting is born from an initial search through dozens of camera shots aimed at a variety of subjects and situations, the best, and that is what I arouse emotion, they are fur-ther elaborated through a post production with Photoshop and image of the cuts are made, corrections where they are used to shade the filters. NOVE ARTISTI PER LONDRA

Nove artisti e nove linguaggi espressivi sono pronti per approdare in una delle metropoli più avanguardiste del panorama artistico del 21 secolo : Londra. E’ sempre lei, la magica e intraprendente Londra, città aperta e cosmopolita ad anticipare i tempi in tutti gli ambiti e i livelli culturali e a presentare tra il 15 e il 28 di Febbraio dei nuovi talenti italiani che presentano al pubblico opere interessanti ed innovative .

La padronanza pittorica, il controllo del segno, il senso della plasticità e della profondità nonché della resa prospettica, sono verosimilmente elementi e peculiarità tipiche del linguaggio accademico che si evidenziano nelle opere esposte ma in tale contesto vengono utilizzate e monopolizzate dagli artisti in chiave attuale e contemporanea offrendo come risultato un’ armonica visione di capolavori legati, per un verso, alla tradizione del disegno toscano e del colorismo e dall’ altro alla contemporanea esperienza della pop art, del linguaggio digitale e dell’ informale.

Se Longaretti Sebastiano, quindi, dimostra la sua abilità nella definizione dell’ immagine di una passante controllando la vulnerabilità dell’ inchiostro e fissandone nella tela il ricordo, Barbi Grazia abbandona ogni sentimentalismo nostalgico per affidarsi interamente e liberamente al gioco dei colori con cui ama misurarsi.

Dedita allo sperimentalismo, ma intriso di un profondo messaggio sociale, è anche la produzione autodidatta di Beltrami Morena, artista originale, scevra da condizionamenti scolastici e pittorici, che ama utilizzare tecniche molteplici dalla pittu-ra vera e propria fino alla digital art .

Vicine a questo innovativo linguaggio sono a ragione le opere di Terranova Valeria affezionata anche lei all’ arte popolare ma dipendente inoltre da influenze surrealiste e Tonelli Luisa la cui continua ricerca l’ ha portata alla creazione di opere dove il particolare, il dettaglio non è degno di attenzione ma l’ istantanea di un movimento e la “cattura” di un gesto e di un attimo è ciò attorno a cui ruota tutta la sua opera.

Preoccupato, a sua volta, dalla condizione umana e dalla sua sorte è l’ artista Scopetti Luca che con la sua curiosa e singo-lare produzione cerca di porre l’ attenzione alle variazioni caratteriali ed emozionali dell’ individuo, talvolta dominato dal sentimento talaltra dalla solitudine, altresì libero, indipendente, e di rappresentarle in maniera provocatoria al pubblico.

Fortemente legata alla sua terra d’origine e alla classicità che la caratterizza è l’ opera di Rossini Elena, “mitologica” per la scelta dei soggetti ma anche all’ avanguardia per la tecnica pittorica, il collage che ha scelto di utilizzare.Fuori da ogni controllo classico e quindi controcorrente rispetto a ciò che lo ha sempre identificato come tale : armonia delle proporzioni, l’ equilibrio e il controllo delle forme, ma ugualmente comunicativo ed espressivo nel risultato, è il lavoro di SantaLucia Raffaele “fumettista fino all’ osso” per la sua capacità di tradurre con pochi gesti espressivi il carattere dei suoi personaggi caricaturali e quindi di se stesso.

La forza e la comunicatività dei colori della Normandia è tradotta dall’ opera Rosie De Longhi, espressionista per antono-masia in tutto ciò che costituisce l’ opera, dalla scelta del tocco, dinamico e irruente, a quella del colore deciso e spatolato come un “vero Kandinsky”.
