Richard Lewine

Richard Lewine counsels CEOs in the critical areas of enterprise strategic goal setting and sales leadership, utilizing proprietary tools he developed over his years of senior-level experience. Starting with the industry he grew up in – clothing manufacturing and textiles - he now works with transportation companies, financial services organizations and a broad range of enterprises.

Lewine founded Achievement Alliance Corporation to focus his energies to help enterprises “not run the business” but rather “manage the organization.” His personal experience comes from running a business beginning with the shipping room floor and moving through manufacturing ops management, sales and distribution. He was instrumental in organizing a trade association for textile manufacturers’ sales reps.

Lewine identified a void in enterprise planning and measurement. He created Vision Building and Strategy Formulation, the President’s Alliance, the Objective Performance Appraisal System, Succession Planning, Owner/Partner Transitioning, and Exit Planning. He also conceived and developed GoalTrak™ EV, a web-based strategic goals and performance management system in use globally. Deployed enterprise-wide, this system enhances collaborative goal creation and tracking, driving an integrated and objective approach to performance appraisal.
