    BHARATA NATYAM ARTISTE, TEACHER AND CHOREOGRAPHER:

    He was a performer of Bharatanatyam and has performed all over India and notably atthe ABHAI National Dance Festival in 1992 . Following his father's Maha Samadhi onDec. 29-1993 he has stopped his dance performances and instead, focused his attentionon Dance Choreography, especially in the rhythmic aspect for Yoganjali Natyalayam .

    He has helped to choreograph 10 Major Dance Dramas and 13 Mini Dance Dramas forYoganjali Natyalayam in the last 14 years. His students who have completed Nine YearDiplomas & Seven Year Certificates from Yoganjali Natyalayam and performed theirBharatanatyam Arangetram include V Renukadevi (2001), Padma M Prashanthini(2002), D Lakshmi (2005), Shreya Agrawal (2008), R Sruti (2008), Shilpa Balaji (2009), TTamilarasan (2009), G Kanimozhi (2009), U Kokila (2009), G Charulatha (2009), NPonghuzhali (2011), J Sangavi (2014) and I Krishnaveni (2016).

    In the last few years he has CO-DIRECTED the Ramavathara (2003), Pancha MahaBhuta (2004), Jayadevas Dasavathara (2005) , Navagraha Vazhipaadu: A homageto the Navagrahas (2006), Karna Charitram (2007), Namashivaya Vazhga TheStory of Thiru Gnana Sambandar (2008), Panchali Sabadam (2009), Muruga Muruga(2010), Shakunthala (2011), Thamizh Moothatti Avvai (2012), IyarkaiyaiVanangiduvom Homage to Mother Nature (2013), Lingashtakam (2014), Navarasam(2015) and Pancha Maha Devigal (2016).

    He has also recently composed the music as well as choreographed five completeBharatanatyam Margams (the classical performing repertoire) with more than fivedozen compositions that could be called an Ananda Nartana Margam . He hascomposed the lyrics and music and choreographed many Bharatanatyam itemsincluding Ganeshanjali, Alarippu, Kouthvams, Pushpanjalis, Jathiswarams, Shabdams,Varnams, Keerthanam, Padams, Thillanas and Mangalams.

    He has composed more than 100 songs in various ragas and talas with deep spiritualinsights set to melody and rhythm. He has also composed several songs in English andItalian (with Dr Sangeeta Laura Biagi).
