Paul Lelorier, MD, is a grad- uate of McGill University and McGill University Faculty of Medicine. He received his clinical training in Internal Medicine at Barnes Hospital and his training in Cardiol- ogy at the University of Chicago Hospitals. He completed a clinical and research fellowship in Clinical Electrophysiology at the London Health Science Center, University of Western Ontario. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine and Director of the Cardiac Device Clinic at Boston Medical Center. Dr. George J. Klein is currently the Chair of the Division of Cardiology at the London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus, London, Ontario, Canada, and Professor of Medicine at the University of Western On- tario, London, Ontario, Canada. He received his medical degree in 1972 at the University of Toronto. He received his degree in Internal Medicine in 1976 and his specialty degree in Cardiology from The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 1978. He has been an Honorary Lecturer in the Department of Physiology at the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario, since 1993. He was a Career Investigator with the Heart and Stoke Foundation of Ontario from 1987 to 2000. He received the Canadian Cardiovascular Society Research Achievement Award in 1988 (Cardiac Arrhythmias: From the Bench to the Operating Theater).
