Motion by Anderson, sec- onded by Meis, to approve the March 3, 2020 agenda. Motion Carried. Motion by Anderson, sec- onded by Loutsch, to approve the minutes of the February 25, 2020 meeting. Motion Carried. Motion by Loutsch, second- ed by Meis, to approve payroll paid on 2/28/20 and claims paid on 3/3/20 as presented. Motion Carried. Motion by Anderson, sec- onded by Meis, to approve the March 10, 2020 agenda with removing the approval of B & B Addition in Section 24 of Liberty Township. Motion Carried. County Engineer Tom Rohe reviewed projects with the Board of Supervisors for proj- ect letting dates of March 31 and April 14, 2020. The Board of Supervisors adjourned the meeting at 10:45 am. Galles called the meeting to order. Motion by Douvia sec- onded by Galles to approve the agenda as posted, all in favor, motion carried. The Plymouth County Board of Supervisors met in the Boardroom on March 10, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. All members were present. All votes follow-ing are aye unless otherwise indicated. Board Chairman Don Kass called the meeting to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Motion by Anderson, sec-

onded by Meis, to approve the March 10, 2020 agenda with removing the approval of B & B Addition in Section 24 of Liberty Township. Motion Carried.

Motion by Loutsch, sec-onded by Meis, to approve the minutes of the March 3, 2020 meeting. Loutsch-aye; Horton-abstained; Kass-aye; Meis-aye; Anderson-aye ........Motion Carried.

Motion by Loutsch, second-ed by Horton, to approve pay-roll for March 6, 2020. Motion Carried.

Motion by Meis, second-ed by Anderson, to approve rescinding the 28E workforce development agreement that was approved February 25, 2020. Motion Carried.

County Engineer Tom Rohe reviewed projects with the Board of Supervisors for proj-ect letting dates of March 31 and April 14, 2020.

The Board of Supervisors adjourned the meeting at 10:45 am.

The Utility Board met in reg-ular session.

Those in attendance were board members Galles and Douvia, City/Utility Attorney Barry Thompson, Clerk Rachel Keffeler, and Superintendent Chris Poeckes. Absent: board member Keleher.

Galles called the meeting to order. Motion by Douvia sec-onded by Galles to approve the agenda as posted, all in favor, motion carried.

Under communications, Keffeler informed the board that the lobby of City Hall will be closed to the public as a precaution against the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

The Utility Board authorizes the match of CDBG funds to come from the water fund if the grant is received.
