DRESS-SKIRT:ROW 1: With Royal and H hook ch-40, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc next 19 ch, join white, hdc next 18 ch, ch-1, turn.(38 sts)ROW 2: Hdc next 18 sts, drop white, pick up royal, hdc next 18 sts, leave remaining 2 sts unworked, ch-1, turn. (36sts)ROW 3: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 5 sts) 3 times, drop royal, pick up white, rep bet () 3 times, ch-1, turn. (42 sts)ROW 4: Hdc next 21 sts, drop white, pick up royal, hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.ROW 5: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 6 sts) 3 times, drop royal, pick up white, rep bet () 3 times, ch-1, turn.
