How does BlueInGreen do it?Supersaturated Dissolved Oxygen – We employ the world’s most efficient method for dissolving oxygen into water.

Where is it applied?Anywhere there is a need for improved dissolved oxygen levels, such as meeting dissolved oxygen permit levels at water discharge or in a reservoir or lake where oxygen levels are compromised.

The result?Improved water quality and healthier ecosystems.

Sidestream Gas Dissolution vs. Fine Bubble DiffusersFine bubble diffusers require big retention basins, are difficult to maintain and clog over time due to scaling. The SDOX® sidestream process requires no basin, is easily maintained and is not susceptible to fouling.

Sidestream Gas Dissolution vs. Sidestream Gas InjectionGas injection requires bubbling oxygen into a water stream. Bubbles are not efficiently absorbed and result in wasted oxygen and electrical power. Gas dissolution supersaturates water droplets with the gas. Less waste – lower cost.

Efficiency Independent of Water DepthBecause the SDOX® dissolves oxygen into a carrier stream of water, the transfer efficiency of the system is not dependent on the depth of a retention basin and works effectively in as little as one foot of water.

Lowest Cost of Total OwnershipThe better the transfer efficiency of the system, the more money you save on oxygen. SDOX® has a market leading transfer efficiency of 98%.

No Impact from Solids ContentThe efficiency of the SDOX® in clean water remains consistent with increasing solids content, up to 30,000 mg/L. This makes SDOX® an excellent choice for MBRs and aerobic digesters.

Complete SolutionWe make things simple by working with either liquid oxygen or oxygen generators. We partner with multiple oxygen generator manufacturers and combine them with the SDOX® so the purchasing process is streamlined.

Pipe-in and Pipe-outInstallation couldn’t be simpler. Provide piping in, electricity, an Ethernet connection for your SCADA, piping out, and the SDOX® system is ready to go. Everything is skid mounted, fully integrated and factory tested before it arrives at your site.

Standardized or CustomizedSystems can be customized to meet your needs, but SDOX® comes in six standard sizes. The larger the oxygen application - the more money we save you.

Power SavingsSimply put - SDOX® saves you money. SDOX® uses variable frequency drives with a 10:1 turn down ratio so it can turn up and turn down as needed. Pumping less water = lower costs.

Set-it and Forget-itControl the amount of oxygen in the water the way you choose: automatically pace oxygen delivery based on plant flow rates or to a set number of pounds per day of oxygen delivered. If you’d like, it can all be done remotely over the web.
