Votre carrière chez Lidl commence dans nos filiales ; durant 6 mois, vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne ; En fonction de vos intérêts et de vos qualités, deux options s’offrent à vous après votre formation en filiale :

Vous poursuivez votre carrière au niveau opérationnel de la logistique : o Vous passez par tous les départements de l’un de nos centres de

distribution : réception des marchandises, préparation des marchandises et expédition ;

o Au sein de ces départements, vous êtes responsable de la gestion quotidienne et vous dirigez les ouvriers ;

o Après cette période de formation, vous travaillerez dans l’un de nos centres de distribution ou au siège principal à Merelbeke. Vous vous spécialiserez dans la logistique du centre de distribution, dans le transport, ou dans la gestion du recyclage.

Vous approfondissez l’aspect analytique de la gestion des stocks :

o Vous suivez une courte formation dans les départements réception des marchandises, préparation des marchandises et expédition ;

o Votre formation est axée sur la gestion des stocks. Au sein de ce département, vous prenez des décisions concernant le bon niveau de stock de tous les articles de notre assortiment ;

o Vous êtes responsable de la préparation, de la direction, de l’analyse et de la distribution de différentes promotions ;

o Vous analysez et optimisez la méthode de commande des filiales ; o Vous effectuez les contrôles nécessaires concernant la fraîcheur, la

durée de validité et les autres aspects liés à la qualité de nos produits ;

o Après cette période de formation, vous travaillerez pour le département gestion des stocks de l’un de nos centres de distribution.

Votre profil

Vous disposez d’un bachelor ou d’un master, de préférence en logistique ; Vous vous exprimez couramment en français et en néerlandais. La

connaissance de l’allemand est un atout ; Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de MS Office ; Vous communiquez oralement et par écrit de manière claire et correcte ; Vous êtes fortement intéressé par le secteur de la distribution ; Vous êtes en bonne condition physique et vous n’avez pas peur de mettre la

main à la pâte ; Professionnalisme, flexibilité et approche structurée font partie de vos qualités

principales ; Vous traitez les informations de manière critique et vous analysez les données

Votre fonction

Votre carrière chez Lidl commence par une formation intensive d’un an :

o Vous débutez par une formation comme caissier-réassortisseur. Dans ce cadre, vous accomplissez les différentes tâches de nos collaborateurs de filiale : vous veillez au réassortiment régulier des rayons et vous prenez à cœur la satisfaction de nos clients en les servant aimablement et rapidement à la caisse ;

o Vous assumez ensuite la fonction d’assistant-gérant de filiale et puis celle de gérant de filiale ;

o En tant que gérant de filiale, vous dirigez durant plusieurs mois votre propre filiale et vous en assumez la gestion complète ;

o Vous recevez ensuite une solide formation de Manager de Vente et vous gérez seul votre propre région durant plusieurs semaines ;

o En plus de l’expérience pratique en filiale, vous faites également connaissance avec le fonctionnement quotidien de nos centres de distribution et de notre siège social ;

o A la fin de votre formation, vous serez prêt à être Manager de Vente et vous aurez la responsabilité d’environ 5 filiales.

En tant que Manager de Vente, vous recevez un iPad vous permettant d’accéder directement à toutes les données les plus précises sur les plans des filiales, les chiffres de vente, les procédures de travail, etc.

Dans cette fonction, vous veillez à la bonne application de notre concept commercial et à l’exécution correcte de nos procédures administratives et financières ;

Vous êtes responsable de la réalisation des objectifs financiers fixés, tels que les chiffres d’affaires et les résultats d’inventaires ;

De plus, en tant que manager né, vous serez responsable d’une équipe de 80 à 100 collaborateurs.

Vous avez terminé avec succès une formation supérieure (bachelor ou master) ou vous allez décrocher prochainement votre diplôme ;

Un intérêt marqué pour le secteur de la distribution joue évidemment en votre faveur ;

Vous êtes un manager né et vous obtenez toujours le meilleur de vos collaborateurs ;

Vous avez le contact facile et vous êtes très communicatif ; Vous savez parfaitement établir les bonnes priorités et vous atteignez
