INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS
LEAD the future is an AIESEC AAU project that aims to develop the young
graduates of Ethiopia and equip them with the skills they need to either get
hired for a position of their choice or start their entrepreneur future. The
project will last for a duration of five months. It will comprise of basic
activities such as recruitment of trainees, facilitating training, creating
partnerships for the event (career fair) and following up on hires and
internships (exchange or otherwise).
WHAT IS LEAD THE FUTURE?
Career Fair, which will now be the third annual AIESEC Ethiopia event, is an
opportunity provided for companies to meet a large variety of high potential,
ambitious, dedicated students and graduates from notable universities. On the
other hand Career fair is an opportunity for students to get to know the
company’s recruitment processes, needs, and strategic human resources
planning.
WHAT IS CAREER FAIR?

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITIONS
Ensure all VPs are performing well and achieving their goals
Insure all activities are going smoothly
Inspire VPs and insure their development
Constant communication with the project supervisor and the EB
Final responsible for project delivery
Submitting report of the project within 20 days of its completion
Crisis management

Together with the COMM team register delegates in university campuses.
Keep registered students well informed and exited till the event.
At the day of the event, insure delegates are getting everything promised
Track training and development of recruits

Come up with a materials required throughout the project
Design the project and event run down
Get venue(s) for activities that require it
Have a contingency plan

Actively follow up and record all incomes and expenses

selling point of Career Fair?
OCVP Logistics: Describe how you will obtain the venue for the event as well as
materials required for the completion of the event.
