Application ProcessThe application process is divided into 2 parts:

1. General Questionnaire: This must be answered by all the candidates, is

outlined in the section below and must be answered in Maximum 2 pages.

2. Specific Questionnaire: This must be answered by all the candidates

too, is outlined in the section below and must be answered in maximum 2

pages. (Please only answer the questions the position you are applying to)

Selection ProcessThe selection process will follow this flow:

1. Application: From April 2 to April 4, 2014 until 11:59 Pm. Application

process is described in the application process part, it is composed of:

General questionnaire and specific questionnaire

2. Interviews: April 5 to 7, with your OCP David Lesmes and the elected PR

Director Yusleidi Serje.

3. Announcement: The final Announcement will be made on April 7, 2014

Specific QuestionnaireOCVP FINANCES1.What is the best way to handle a budget for an event of 600 delegates?

2. Create the event budget under these sceneries: realistic, pessimistic, and

optimistic. Take into account there will be a gala night and a cocktail night.

3. Given a pessimistic scenario, in the case you can’t get financial sponsorship,

what financial strategies would you use in order to avoid deficit in the event?

OCVP EXTERNAL RELATIONS(4 SPOTS AVAILABLE: 1 in each city: Bogota, Medellin, Barranquilla and Cali)

1. What strategies would you propose to get sponsorships and

to raise money to make the event more sustainable (Minimum 2 strategies)

2. Mention what kind of sponsors do you think are indispensable in this event.

Justify what will your sale strategy and in which sectors will be apply.

3. Describe briefly the ER plan for the next two weeks once you are elect.

OCVP LOGISTICS(2 SPOTS AVAILABLE)

1. Explain and propose 3 strategies for the question: How will you make this event

sustainable in relations to materials?

2. How do you warrant 3 simultaneous session in different places?

3. Design a plan of risk according to the following situations and indicate possible

solutions: Two days before event, the hotel cancels your reservation. And in the

second day of NATCO the sponsor for lunch cancel the participation.

OCVP SPECIAL EVENTS1.Make 2 different proposals for the MC 1415 presentation and the LCPs

presentation.

2. Design a plan of risk according to the following situations and indicate possible

solutions: Two days before event, the VPM/PM place cancels your reservation.

And in the day of VPM/PM the sponsor for lunch cancel the participation.

3. Explain and propose 3 strategies for the question: How will you make the parties

unforgettable and remarkable?

OCVP DELEGATE SERVICE(2 SPOTS AVAILABLE)

1. Explain and propose 3 strategies for the question: How will you make the Wow

moments of delegates unforgettable and remarkable?

2. Design a plan of risk according to the following situations and indicate possible

solutions: Two days before event, 100 hosting person cancels their host spots. And

in the second day of NATCO a virus sickens 82 people.

3. Describe briefly your housing plan for the next two weeks once you are elect.

OCVP MARKETING & COMM1. Name at least 2 digital tools you would use to develop marketing and

communications visually. Also, make a simple piece of promotion for social

networks which show the participation of an ally with the information of the

event.

2. 2. What will be your strategy in the internal media (instagram, facebook and

youtube) to promote NATCO and achieve minimum 900 applicants?

3. Take a 15-second video promoting NATCO 2014.

As OCVP Finances you will manage financial resources, track incomes and expensesin order to make a sustainable event. Also, you will be responsible of verifying thedeals with the sponsors. Its is necessary to create a risk plan.
