Objective The objective of Business Breakfast is to bring together AIESECers and students to have interactions with people from various corporate institutions. The event will feature partners from local and national partners of AIESEC in Ethiopia as well as other invited companies/institution . Twenty delegates will be attending . Purpose • Help students get familiar with the out side environment. • Better integration with the campus • Help our LC members get the upper hand in having this chance to

organize this event it will help them gain more skill than they wish to acquire

• help members see the clarity of why the do what they do.

TEAM STRUCTURE

ORGANIZING COMMITTEE PRESIDENT

• Constant communication with the LCVP BD & iGIP in AIESEC SOC

to discuss strategies and improve performance on the event,

• Responsible for event delivery,

• Evaluates campaigns and events effectiveness,

• Submitting report and output of the event within 14 days of the event

completion to the LC and MC responsible and for the stakeholders.

ROLE DISCRIPTIONS Listed in the next consecutive pages are the role descriptions which will

help you grasp a clear understanding of your responsibilities.

GENERAL RESPONSIBLITEIES

• Approves the budget breakdown done buy OCVP ER,

• Getting an MOS KPI for each teams every week,

• Constant communication with the AIESEC SOC to discuss

strategies

and improve performance,

• Constantly informs each other of the activities to have an

overview and

an understanding of what will happen next.

• Is present at all Meetings, department meetings and team

building

activities,

• Presence at the external events of AIESEC SOC together with the

Events Responsible, • Participates at events AIESEC SOC is invited to or should be

present

at,

• Small crisis management (strategies and behavior).

COMM RISPONSIBILTIES,

Content for PR campaigns and events,

• Customer care activities with all stakeholders collaboration with

VP ER,

• Is responsible with communication and administration within the

following channels and environments:

• Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, G+ etc.)

• Events (external and internal)

• Press conferences and media appearances myaiesec.net

• Internal communication channels.

FINANCE RISPONSIBILTIES,

• Secure a budget plan for the event,

• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities, • Control the financial in flow and out flow,

• Get a master budget,

• Designs all the legal documents needed for signing partnerships.

OCVP COMM AND FINANCE

DELEGETE SERVICE RISPONSIBILITES

• Ensures that there is a specific team on GIS with all members on

the

right stage in maximum one week from team’s creation,

• Tracks and evaluates team’s activity on a weekly basis and report

to the

OCP,

• Making sure the delegate that are coming are well aware any

information regarding the event,

• Helping OCVP Logistics with the materials need for the event.

LOGISTICS RISPONSIBILITES

• Secure the venue for the event, • Have plan ‘B’ if the venue has any problems, • Work with other OC in helping the in their activities,

• Get list of thing need to facilitate the event,

• Getting transpiration to our stake holders.

OCVP DELEGETE SERVICE AND LOGISTICS

OCVP EXTERNAL RELATIONS

• Working with OC VP Finance in getting funding for the event with

budget

• required,

• Market research on which are the right partners for re integration

as well

• Replies to partnership proposals,

• Creates strategic partnerships to improve AIESEC SOC image with

OCVP COMM, • Delivering a consistent image for the organization in the external

• environment,

• Official press and media documents.
