listings to the market. On the upper end when compared to the previous three
years.

Through the end of February sales are up 3% from 2016 and down 6.5%
from 2015.
My View of the MarketWe are gearing up for a busy spring selling
season. The good news is that inventory is up a bit. However, it’s still not an easy market in
which to be a buyer. There is still heavy competition for certain areas and price ranges. When there are multiple offers, typically we are seeing just a few offers rather than 9 or 10 like
we saw last spring.
