What materials do students keep after training?

• All attendees will be able to keep the used course materials (electronic form) and the exercise project files produced during training.

Does Live Online use same materials as Live training?

• Yes. Instructors use the same presentations, demonstrations and exercises as classroom training sessions.

Are Live Online the same duration as live training?

• Yes. The length for a Live Online course is the same as for a corresponding classroom course.

What about privacy?

Cancellation policy

• As part of our cancellation policy, BPMInstitute.org will accept substitute registrants up to 2 (two) business days prior to training start date. Cancellations received less than 10 (ten) business days prior to training start date will result in loss of training fees. Cancellations received 11+ (eleven plus) business days prior to training start date may be transferred to a future BPMInstitute.org training course.

• No refunds will be given. • Discounts may not be applied to previous registrations.
