    Brainstorming is "a conference technique wrier group attempts to find solution for a

    tough problem by collection the ideas spontaneously from its member. it is a

    technique of employee participation to solve a problem.

    It is the process designed to get maximum of ideas in specific area.

    It is technique, which maximum the ability to general new ideas, this is where a

    group of people put social inhabitations and reels a side with the aim of generating

    new ideas and solution.

    Preparing for session

    Know the reason of session.

    Session should have stronger leader with good control over participation.

    Decide how you will run session.

    decide participant good group have 12 person participant in the brainstorming

    process should come from as wide a range of disciplines with as broad a range

    of experience aside to the session.

    Prepare the participants and send them invitations.
