Standard Solution

Standard solutions meet the basic logistic requirements,but can limit further utilization from several aspects:

• Standard pallets cannot be included in one package. this implies higher logistics costs, problems with transport and with assembly at the point of sale.

• limitation by the dimensions, because the most frequently used dimensions are multiples of those of the europallet.

• limited material handling at the point of sale. Handling is not possible without the pallet truck and problems occur, e.g. with cleaning the floors.

• the pallet is not a visual part of the product, so there are attempts to cover it by various overlays. Besides increased costs, this may lead to a damage to the graphics on the overlays covering the pallets. this results in a negative perception of the brand or exhibited products presentation.

Branaldi offers solutions, which result from long-termexperience with implementations and eliminate to the highest extent the problems connected with standard pallets.

• the pallet is a part of packing of the PoS material – this eliminates further demands on logistics, storage space and transport and the package is always complete.

• Branaldi solutions are performed individually – the dimensions are adapted to the size of the PoS material, the colours correspond to those of the PoS material.

• the design of the pallets with castors enables very easy handling.

• the design of the PoS material is not damaged by the traffic at the point of sale.

take out from the package the prepared bottom of the pallet and the cardboard, which will form the brim. Fold thecardboard in an easy way and place the pallet bottom into it.Place the pivot cases into the prepared holes and fixthe castors in them.

the cardboard pedestal, the small pallet, the wooden supports(2 pieces), the castors and the pivot cases are parts of the package.

the pedestal is ready from the factory for quick folding anduse. Press it into the final form, secure it by the cardboard locks (parts of the pedestal), put in the wooden supports and placethe pivot cases into the prepared holes. then fix the castorsinto the pivot cases.
