Where? *In your Career Cruising profile *a hard copy of the course calendar in the Guidance Office (limited quantities) Elective Courses Students will select THREE elective courses Dance ATC20 Drama ADA20 Information/Consumer Design AWE20 Guitar AMG20 Instrumental Music AMI20 Vocal Music Visual Arts AVI20 AWA 20 Crafts BBI20 Introduction to Business BTT20 Information and Communication Technology in Business Do not take if you took Grade 9 Computers (BTT10) ICS20 Introduction to Computer Studies HFN20 Food and Nutrition FSF2D/2P French GLD20S Discovering the Workplace Grade 10 STEP *You must take the Grade 10 STEP Civics (CHV2OS) and Careers (GLC2OS) as well PPL20F/M Healthy Active Living TCJ20 Construction Technology TDJ20 Technological Design TMJ20 Manufacturing Technology TTJ20 Transportation Technology Alternate Courses You must select two alternate courses in case one of your other choices is cancelled or cant be placed on your timetable (conflict) Choose wisely. This may be the class that will be assigned to you automatically and you wont know it until you get your timetable in August. Graduation Requirements 30 credits 18 compulsory 12 elective. Graduation Requirements 40 hours community involvement Graduation Requirements Grade 10 students will write the Literacy Test in March of Successful completion of this test or the OLC class is necessary for graduation with an OSSD. Choose carefully! Keep in mind the prerequisite courses required for senior courses and post-secondary goals. Students will be called to computer labs starting Feb to submit course selections Please look for the date of your grade day Listen for announcements that day and go to the appropriate room # for your last name alphabet.
