Brian P. Suba has extensive litigation experience in representing clients in

transportation, employment, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death

litigation. He has been successful in obtaining favorable results for his

clients through dispositive motions, mediations, and jury trials while

implementing cost-effective strategies for resolution.

Mr. Suba graduated from the University of California, Irvine with honors and

received degrees in political science (BA) and sociology (BA). He received

his JD degree from California Western School of Law in 2010. While in law

school, Mr. Suba was a certified law clerk for the Multiple Conflicts Office, a

branch of the Public Defender's Office assigned to defend capital cases in

San Diego County.

Mr. Suba is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California

as well as the U.S. District Court, Central and Southern District of

California. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Orange

County Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, and the Association

of Southern California Defense Counsel.
