Slides Organization - 2 Summary of Style Guide

– Graphs are presented from lowest severity (on left or top) to highest severity (on right or bottom).

– Colors are kept constant across graphs so that each category is always the same color.

– Colors used are on a continuum and progress from subjectively bad (red or pink) to subjectively good (blues and greens).

– Column graphs generally show groups of people; bar graphs generally show variables across all people.

– When possible, scales are explained with a bar graph of the individual items that comprise the scales followed by the grouped version of the scale on a secondary axis.

For a complete table of contents, style guide, and data set information, please see the Briefing Slides Overview (chapter 20).

Data on follow up rates, months to last follow up, and number of follow- ups per client are provided in the Methods Appendix (chapter 19).

All slides are Section 508 compliant for those with visual impairment. Descriptions of slide content are located in the speaker’s notes section of each slide. A stand alone Microsoft Word document containing this information can also be made available upon request
