KEY IN ACHIEVEMENT
FOR PDA 2010
To Prepare Your PDA Document:
Please access the e-Employee Performance
System at http://eperformance.sirim.my
Using Internet Explorer 7.0 and above
Log in to the system using your UserID and password
(the same UserID & password used when creating your SKT)
Screen will display your particulars
Click Create/Submit PDA Tab
Then, Click Create Document

STEPS
To key-in
Actual achievement at
KPI Performance Appraisal Tab
Upload Documents
To key-in Actual achievement at KPI Performance Appraisal Tab:
a. Click KPI Performance Appraisal Tab
b. Click respective BScoreCard Tab (Financial, Customer, Internal Process
or Learning & Growth)
c. Click Achievement for Other Objective
List of objectives will be displayed on the screen
d. Choose the Objective where you need to key in achievement, then click Proceed
Screen will display keytasks listed under the chosen objective
e. Click Edit button at respective keytasks to add achievement and remark
Upload Documents
f. Key in Achievement & Remark in the field provided
g. Then click Update at every achievement & remark to save the data
h. Repeat steps b to g until achievement of all keytasks have been completed

Additional Actual Task(Key Tasks not in current SKT):

To add Additional Actual Task (Key Tasks not in current SKT):
a. Click respective BScoreCard Tab (Financial, Customer, Internal Process
or Learning & Growth)
b. Click Add Additional Actual Task
Upload Documents
c. Key In Key Tasks, Target (in RM, % or Quantity), Achievement & Weightage
d. Then click Save KeyTask to save the data
e. Repeat steps a to d until all addititional keytasks have been completed

Innovation/Contribution
Appraisal
Upload Documents
To add Innovation/Contribution Appraisal):
a. Click Innovation/Contribution Appraisal Tab
b. Key in Activities (with brief description of innovation/contribution)
c. Choose Level of Achievement (Section, Department, Division, SIRIM Berhad,
National or International Level)
d. Then click Save to save the data
e. Repeat steps b to d until all innovation/contribution have been completed

a. Go to http://eperformance.sirim.my and log in as usual
b. Click Create/Submit PDA Tab
c. Click KPI Performance Appraisal tab
d. Click the Add/Edit KPI Achievement button at the KPI listed
To Add/Edit KPI Achievement:
a. Click button Edit
To Submit Completed PDA:
a. Click button Preview/Submit

After clicking Preview/Submit Screen will display whole PDA Document:
From personal biodata, position and training data
d. Then click Submit button to submit the completed PDA Document to Superior
for Appraisal
