Dear Colleague:

On behalf of The Greeley Company, I’d like to invite you and your team to join our faculty and your peers in an engaging and informative seminar experience at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Fla., this November 1–3, 2012. It promises to be an exciting exchange of ideas, strategies, and practical advice for dealing with today’s most pressing hospital and medical staff leadership challenges. All seminars provide a highly effective means to expand the education, team-building, and skills your leaders need to achieve the goals that are most critical to your hospital’s success.

Our lineup of programsWe are offering the following four seminars, all of which start the morning of November 1 (see the detailed agendas within this brochure for more specific information on each program): • The Credentialing Solution: Best practices for solving today’s credentialing and

privileging challenges • Medical Executive Committee Institute: Essential training for all medical staff

and physician leaders • Physician-Hospital Integration and Alignment: Practical solutions for ACOs,

medical homes, bundled payments, and physician employment and contracting • Peer Review Boot Camp: Intensive training for committee chairs, members, and support staff

Team-building and networking opportunitiesPart of the magic of Greeley seminars is the power of teamwork that our participants experi-ence. Greeley seminars provide an unparalleled opportunity for your executive and medical staff leadership teams to learn and participate together and to walk away with shared goals and strategies for your organization. We purposely build “free time” into the seminar days to allow you the opportunity to augment your seminar sessions with rewarding team-building events, networking, or customized sessions with our faculty.

The majority of our seminar participants—especially those who bring team members with them—report that such afternoon and evening activities provide an invaluable opportunity to interact with others, solidify team goals, and “round out” their overall experience. We encourage team attendance and offer discounted pricing to facilities that enroll five or more participants.

I look forward to seeing you in Boca Raton!

Sincerely,

Richard A. Sheff, MDPrincipal and Chief Medical OfficerThe Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc.

p.s. please be sure to let us know if you plan to bring your CEO. We waive seminar fees for CEOs and often hold invitation-only events, when there is enough interest.
