British Car Day Volunteers needed!
British Car Day planning is well under way--now we need your help to make this another great day.
Saturday, Sept. 16th is our set-up day and we need 35 volunteers, working from 9:00 until about noon, to fill 1,000 goody bags,
mark out the field and erect signs. Pizza and pop will follow.
For the big day on Sunday, Sept. 17th, we need about 15 early birds to start at 6:30 and work until about 9:00. These wonderful
people will help our vendors set up, control access to the field, and carry those 1,000 goody bags to the registration area (heavy
lifting required).
After daybreak, we need about 70 volunteers working in two shifts (8:00 to 10:30 and 10:30 to 1:00). These people will be
greeting/collecting fees at the entrance, registration, computer input, and marshalling the show cars on the field.
Finally, we need about 15 people to gather up all of our equipment after the show. This should start around 1:00 and be done in a
couple of hours. If you can spare an hour or two before you drive home, we can sure use the help!
Lunch and a commemorative T-shirt will be provided for all Sunday volunteers.
High school students who volunteer on Saturday or Sunday will be provided volunteer hours toward their grad requirements.
This is our big event of the year. It will not happen without your help. We have had fantastic support in the past and encourage
your support again this year. If you can help make our big day happen, please send the times you are available and your

This Healey was manufactured during the last month of production for the 100-6 (March 1959). The motor is from a later 3000
so it is fast, but not numbers matching. The most difficult part of the work is done (i.e metal and mechanicals). To finish the
work it needs interior and boot carpeting, body finishing and paint. It has a factory hard top, tonneau cover, and frame for a soft
top (no soft top). I have maintained a spreadsheet of all parts, labour to date. Over $50,000 invested. There is no cowl shake at
speed and the sound is just great. Converted from positive to negative ground. Beyond the significant frame and bodywork that
was done, the list of new parts is quite extensive including: Rebuilt transmission and overdrive, radiator, water pump, rocker
shaft exchange assembly, Pertronix electronic ignition, gear reduction starter, wheel, tires, hubs, steering linkage, shocks, gas

I am offering for sale my 1976 Bricklin, it is silver in colour and has just 2300 original miles (this number may be a bit higher as
I am still driving it) This is one of the 20, 1976 models that were left on the line when the company went into receivership,it was
then shipped to Ohio where I eventually bought it in 2001. it was one of there showpiece cars at the Byers dealership. They
added the trans am style side scoops, painted it 2 tone silver redid the interior in grey. The car had 400 miles on when I bought it
it runs fine drives great, All the consumable parts like brakes, suspension and drivetrain are all normal off the shelf north
american car parts, Bricklin raided the parts shelf of the big 3 when they built the car so parts are easy to get, I will include a
parts cross reference with part#'s to make it easy for you. It is powered by a Ford 351 Windsor and ford FMX automatic trans.
The gull wing doors have been converted to air operation complete with a remote control and an on board 12V compressor
instead of troublesome original hydraulic system. the car has new tires and goes down the road straight and smooth, I just put
100 miles on it last weekend. cruising around Dover Delaware including laps on the monster mile. I have too many cars so I need
to make some room and pass this one along t o someone else to enjoy. I an usually available m-f 9-4 but can be available just

This listing is for a RHD Land Rover 109 V8 conversion. The previous owner of this vehicle was a master fabricator of more
then 20 years experience in mechanics and custom fabrication, with extensive experience working with series Land Rovers.
There are two options with this project as I see it, make the few conversions back to a stock series Rover and go forward with a
combination of mostly NOS and a few almost never used parts, or go forward with the original conversion as intended.

If going forward with the conversion is the intent, then comments below are relevant:
A 101 Ministry of Defence (MOD) 3.5L 101 V8 engine was custom fitted via a handful of minor frame modifications into a
NOS military spec 109 series pickup rolling chassis with salisbury rear axle. A LT77 Rover 5 speed transmission was then
custom fit to the engine. Once mated with a Rover series III transfer case and mod kit (not included in this listing, but available
through Ian Ashcroft this Rover 5 speed overdrive furnishes the driver with 2 wheel drive, 4 wheel drive, and 4 wheel drive low
range capabilities. The stock 101 engine produces 120 HP @ 5000 RPM and 176 foot LBS @ 2500RPM. Ultimately this means
that no masts, sails, or hurricane force following winds are required to travel at highway speeds.

4.2 litre inline six-cylinder with three-speed automatic. Southern car brought into Canada in the late 1980's. In good overall
driver condition. The paint is an older re-spray that has had some recent touch-ups and now shows very well. The monocoque
body assembly does show evidence of some previous repairs but it is now fundamentally sound. The interior is in generally good

1975 TR6 – Pimento (Viewing commences July 13th). Appraised in 1996 @ $11000 Canadian. 71650 miles. Car rustproofed
from new. No rust in floors or in typical areas of frame. Engine completely rebuilt @ 46000 miles, receipts available. Clutch,
pressure plate and resurfaced flywheel @ 46000 miles. Full tune up with all new wire set, plugs, points, condenser, cap and all
new hoses, rad flush, oil and filter. Spin on oil filter. Accelerator shaft bushings brand new – Richard Good. Full Pimento paint
in 1991, visible blistering on left rear fender, but a brand new OEM steel fender is included in the sale – not installed. Paint is 16
years old. Some staining on both the rear trunk and front hood, could use a buffing out. Driver’s door has had past work done
and should be repaired. Straight body lines, excellent stance, excellent door seams. Chestnut brown seats and door panels –
original. Seats have recently been totally rebuilt with all new seat foams and diaphragms, minimal wear. Amco top is older,
small tear on driver’s side and stress point on two snaps (both professionally repaired), excellent frame and Velcro’s Rear boot
cover in chestnut to match interior in excellent condition. New black carpet with brand new proper felt underlay. Dash
excellent, minor cracks in clear coat. All gauges working properly and clear. No cracks or wear on any part of the dash top,
plinth, or bolsters. Aftermarket roll bar, correctly installed. Newer 3-point seat beats. Sparkomatic am/FM cassette player with
two speakers in the kidney pads. Brakes, new front brake pads, rebuilt calipers, new rear wheel cylinders, new brake pads, Front
suspension has new sway bar links, Stainless steel exhaust full front to back factory style dual exit from driver’s side - to be
installed by new owner, included in sale. Chrome bumpers are both excellent. Rear light chrome is excellent. All electrical
functioning perfectly, including reverse lights and accessory lights. Fitted Car cover. A whole host of brand new parts included
in the sale: outer window scraper, rear pinion seal, rear differential bushings in polyurethane, front suspension bushings, full
trunk cardboard kit, front rad shroud, green hoses and clamps, brand new bullet mirrors – close to $1000 in parts alone - to be
installed by new owner. Tires are 205/75R15 Dunlop’s, with excellent tread depth. Trim rings on wheels are original brushed
aluminum in outstanding condition. Centre caps are excellent, wheels have not rust. Easily certified, have all the specs ready for
certification. Available, 2 Mazda Miata seats with Richard Patton mounting brackets, to be negotiated in the sale ($1000 extra)
