    nisation work, by interacting, instructing,directing &co-operating with each other.

    The way in which several people come along as

    the workforce of a company & the culture they

    follow at their workspace, with leadership &com-

    munity, the extent of their commitment to their

    Even from the point of view of the results & the

    outcomes, that is obtained by the efforts put in by

    the employees, the way of working, as well as the

    British managers are;

    1. Democratic

    2. Autocratic

    3. Paternalistic

    4. Consulting

    Apart from these four, a minimal involvement

    managerial style also exists, but it is not

    &democratic.

    Team environment is expected to be friendly

    workforce, almost 50%,But are often

    found on low paid jobs.

    jobs & managerial jobs rather thantechnical ones.

    dark blue or dark grey Business suits

    with light coloured shirts.

    Women prefer the same with little

    flamboyant jewellery .

    rules very strictly.

    British are very formal in their approach

    which is reflected in their dining etiquettesas well.
