Our approach towards facilitating management for businesses, is through providing strategic support that would enhance internal capacity building: enabling collaboration and cohesion in all initiatives an organization partakes in. If collaboration within is enhanced, the overall internal and external capacity of an organizationia benefited: the manner in which it operates internally, leads to its effective approach towards external communications. In other words, it is able to create sustainable visibility within key staleholders and/target audience.
Spark is a new initiative launched by Athena Software Associates Ltd, a firm that has been involved in developing management software for nearly a decade. At present, Spark aims to make our approach towards management facilitation more extensive: our research based approach works with possessed skills (developed platforms and systems ) and we work in collusion with a network of associate consultants.. Our focus is to fulfill client needs, and we ensure our team is comprised of the best professionals to fulfill the requirements of individual clients.
OUR GOAL:
We aim to enhance organizational sustainability through our self developed strategy: the BRAND ( Bias, Reliability, Alignment, Necessity, Dependability) strategy. This is an extensive research based approach, that looks at internal and external factors, that impact organizational amanagement, cohesion and visibility. We use the BRAND focal points to address:

OUR APPROACH:
Through our approach we will assess strengths and challenges in capacity that affect collaborative brand representation and programs and makes it challenging to implement strategic long term approaches towards visibility/brand identity creation.
SERVICE AND OBJECTIVE
Our objective, through every service we provide to our clients, is to help enhance internal capacity: this capacity is related to professional development, internal information sharing, coordination platforms aimed at enhancing organizational capacity. For this our established e-‐learning platform will aid the facilitation of:
-‐ Training on role related capacity building (compliance, book keeping, auditing, IELTS, communication capacity building, recording and documentation)
-‐ Workshops (Team building through inter departmental activities; interaction with multiple GOs and peer I/NGOs for collaborative approaches)
-‐ Information sharing (available resources, such as appendices updated by country field and partnering organization offices; platform for video conferencing for coordination purposes)

OBJECTIVE BASED SERVICE PROVISION:
- Research and development (quantitative and qualitative data analysis and evaluation) -‐ e-‐learning training sessions -‐ Video conferencing -‐ Webinars -‐ Coordination through accessible databases for information sharing internally, event management for
participation with external key stakeholders, -‐ Marketing strategy creation and support, -‐ Marketing scheme development -‐ Digital marketing training and facilitation -‐ Media hub liaison creation
Through each of the above we aim to provide our clientele with the insight they need to create or strengthen their communication and collaboration capacity. Our view, aligned to the BRAND strategy (Bias, Reliability, Alignment, Necessity and Dependability), will assess, based on these focal points, the weaknesses and challenges faced by our clients and identify or create systems through which existing strengths can accommodate the overcoming of marketing management related challenges.
