For use in open fittings (without cover or louvre).
Switches lights on automatically. Switches them off after 2 minutes if no movement is detected.
The sensor detects movement and sends a signal to the electronic starter, which switches the light on or off.
TL lamp motion sensorHow does the Illuxtron® TL lamp motion sensor work?
The 2-pin plug in the starter holder of TLD (T8)lights is activated by the sensor to switch lights on and off.
Works on TLD (T8) lights of all brands – 36-58W, 220-240V~, simple applications.
Sensor can be placed to catch signals in an angle of up to 180°:• optimum range: 7 x 7 m if installed
at a height of 3.5 m. • optimum precision if installed lower.
Motion and heat sensor to be clicked onto TL tubes (one sensor per tube).
How to install the Illuxtron® TL lamp motion sensor

Remove the old starter (and the tube too if necessary to get at the starter).
Turn the 2-pin plug into the starter holder (and replace the tube).
Click Illuxtron® TL lamp motion sensor firmly onto the tube at least 10 cm from the end of the tube.
Click the cable clamp firmly onto the tube.
