WHAT is The Virtual School

Virtual school is an e-school or online school that provides

lessons to students from 1st Standard to 12

th Standard using web

enabled technologies.

The Virtual School not only provides qualified teachers, but also delivers

education in REGIONAL LANGUAGES.

History

In 1990s, the concept of virtual schools took birth in UK, North

America, New Zealand, and Australia. This concept gained

popularity along with the increase in computer usage. Its

independent and flexible structure drew the attention of the

students. Moreover, they don’t need to go to any campus to

attend classes. This concept made the virtual schools popular.

The iNACOL (International Association for K-12 Online

Learning) had set a standard for virtual schools in 2007. This

standard was set to monitor the virtual or online learning

process.

WHY -The Virtual School

1. Education models where the teacher and the taught are in the

same physical space is fast becoming obsolete.

2. Pure online or chalk & talk models are unsustainable.

3. Blended learning model is the only way forward.

4. Social Distancing is a must and it will be the NEW

NORMAL SCENARIO.

5. The Virtual School is the only solution to multiple problems

like transport, contagious infections, students at remote

locations and above all affordable education.

Many Schools do not offer Online Classes

Many schools do not have an answer to HOW THE EDUCATION WILL

HAPPEN IN THE COMING YEARS.

Many parent and students cannot afford expensive schools because of the

slowing down of the economy.

The Virtual School offers CBSE, ICSE and other State Boards Curriculum.

The Virtual School will conduct online exams, so that education can reach at

the door step of each student.

Bridge Classes

For students who need an additional push there will be bridge classes or

remedial classes and once he/she passes he assessment then only the student

is promoted to the next class.

There are 5 ways through which you can register:

1. Student can fill the registration cum admission form.

2. Teacher or the Virtual Educator can fill the registration cum

Virtual Educator can click on the form for test.

Benefits for Consultants

• Each student of TVS will be associated with one consultant who will

monitor his/her progress.

• To become a consultant you have to add students to TVS.

• ANYONE CAN BECOME CONSULTANT.

• Consultant will be given financial incentive.

• Consultants can see and track, their student’s performance.

• They can encash their financial incentive to their account.

• As soon as the Consultant registers, a photo ID card will be generated.

• Consultant can register a student from his login id with payment option

and will also forward the link to any student/parents to fill the admission

form.

• The financial incentive will reach his Wallet present in the website.

• Consultant ID code will be his registered mobile number and e-mail

address.

• Consultant ID code should be embedded in the Admission form.

• Any educator can become a PROFESSIONAL VIRTUAL

EDUCATOR after fulfilling the following criteria:

• Completing free on-line training program

• Submitting projects successfully

• Submitting required number of project on the concerned subject

• CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL VIRTUAL EDUCATOR will be

given teaching and learning opportunity on our platform.

• CONSULTANT can also send a training link to Expert Virtual

Educator for Training

• For example: Mathematics Virtual Educator using International/

Regional Languages e.g. French/ English/ Hindi/ Marathi/ Bengali/

Oriya etc.

• Create your banner through a simple registration form in order to teach

your students.

• Upload your content, create batches and conduct Live/Recorded classes.

• Upload your assignments and conduct on-line assessments/assignments.

• Educators/Partners can use preloaded contents.

How It Works?

Register as a Student

You can take admission as a student only after filling the complete

details.

o The form will have to be approved by the Vice Principal

Classes will include many different types of activities, for example

group projects, interactive lessons, and group discussions. It will give

every student a chance to participate and be heard in the class.

Register as a Virtual Educator

Virtual Educator can create his/her own profile and advertise their

services.

Teach online using our white board.

Participating Tutors get credit to include their students in successfully

completing TVS Learning classes.

Individual Enrollments

• The Virtual School Fee is Rs.1000/- per student per month.

• Registration fee is Rs.500/- and refundable security of Rs 500/-

• The first 1000 enrolled student will get 50% discount.

• The student needs to pay quarterly tuition fee.

• Students, whose parents’ income are below the poverty line and are

interested in studies, will get scholarship.
