Valle Esina S.p.A. has always played a vital role in the footwear

sector by producing regenerated leather for insoles, quarter

stiffeners and heels. Technological innovation has made it

possible to diversify the offering with always new colors and

An innovative product that will meet the ever increasing demands of the "big names in fashion” Made in Italy, Tallonit is a fibreboard designed for the assembling of high quality footwear. The high cohesion between the layers and compactness make Tallonit resistant to the most severe mechanical stress, preventing tearing in processing and packaged products. Stiffness, resistance to twisting, repeated bending and breaking, combined with the perfect response to laser cutting, make Tallonit more than just fibreboard. Because of the absolutely small percentage of chemicals involved in its composition, it’s possible to define Tallonit a "natural" product.

Our Chrome free materials are produced with a minimum content of Chrome. As requested by legislators (<1000 ppm) Or upon request (<100 ppm)

The COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 340/2008 of 16 April 2008 on the fees and charges

payable to the European Chemicals Agency pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the

European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and

Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) has got the main purpose to improve the knowledge about the

dangers and the risks coming from chemical substances already existing (introduced on the market

before September 1981) and new substances (after September 1981) and in the meantime to maintain

and reinforce the competitiveness and the innovative skills of the european chemichal industry.

Valle Esina S.p.A., for its eco-friendly nature and always available to new sustainable technologies,

adapt its own plants to the regulations in force.

REACH

In order to offer a most complete product, ready to be further on processed, our articles can be further

improved: every article is glazed, to offer a medium smooth surface; with the buffing process we

prepare an article with a smoother and compact surface, eventually ready for the finishing process. If

usually all these process take place on the front side, on demand we can make them also on the back

side, as means to have a less-impurities product.

Finishings

Dust with a soft and dry cloth for the normal cleaning. Stains can be treated with a wet cloth or cotton wool and with products for the cleaning initially more delicate like neutral soap or cleansing milk. Dry immediately after treatment. Avoid to rub

the surface to treat, but apply a blotting pad or tissue from the edges toward the centre of the stain.

Never use abrasive or aggressive products like solvents, stain removers, et cetera.

Never steam it. Don't use shoe cleaning products.

In every case, every time that a new product is used for the cleaning, apply it in a hidden area to test its effectiveness and to avoid damages where more visible.
