The system allow for detailed information to be stored on estates along with pictures and history of actions like visitswith customers, advertisement on media and more. With just one mouse click the estates are published on anagency website, advertised on real estate portals or included in documents, brochures, posters, reports or contracts.Updates in the system are automatically reflected on website and sent to real estate portals to which the property isbeing advertised.

The documents management system allows the user to define brochures, contracts, posters, edit before printing orsending on email. Estates can be included in these documents and the list of contacts to which are being sent itselected from the contacts stored in the system.REAL ESTATE CRM is built using a SOA approach (Service Oriented Architecture) using the newest set of Microsofttechnologies: WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), WPF (Windows Presentation Forms) and WF (Windows

Workflow Foundation).

Data is stored in a SQL2008 server and is exposed through secured web services built using WCF. WindowsCommunication Foundation provides secure, reliable, and transacted messaging along with interoperability. Theservice-oriented programming model of Windows Communication Foundation is built on the Microsoft .NETFramework and simplifies development of connected systems. Windows Workflow Foundation is used on the serverside for the long running processing such as automating matching.
