Prefabricated small buildings, rooms, and sheds are engineered and constructed into robust forever spaces, ideal for that extra space you're looking for.

Manufactured and constructed from heavy-duty aluminum McCain Walls®, all components are powder coated in a commercial-grade architectural finish designed to withstand outdoor elements.

The paneled-gable roof has a series of vents to help promote top airflow, and the interlocking patented-design promotes a quick and easy assembly.

All standard structures in the small building series come with a single door and an unfinished interior. It is a blank canvas perfect for DIYers; finished interior panels are available as an optional add-on. Other optional accessories and upgrades include: single and double-door configurations, interchangeable lock systems, windows, and a steel platform base. Universal door mounts support most off-the-shelf doors, including french doors.

Wall panels can easily be retrofitted by the customer to accommodate small HVAC units, plumbing, and electrical.

INSTALLATION TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

Quick and easy to install with a power drill and ladder.

Preferable flat, concrete surface, but not required with a platform base (optional add-on).

Panels can easily be cut down to height if you need to meet city ordinances.

*Check with the city and county on required building permits (if any) before placing an order, especially if planning to use the structure as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).
