Leadership Award nominations eight

weeks prior to quarterly LDI event

LDI members submit nominations for previous quarter

no later than30 days prior to

upcoming LDI event

RRC receives all nominations by 10th day of the month for

prioritization

RRC OPR coordinates Pillar

purchase and engraving for presentation

RRC provides candidates names and recommendations to

VP & Chiefs for selection

VP & Chiefs Present Leadership Award

at the LDI event

Service

Provide an example of how the candidate has served the MUSC community and promoted the principle of MUSC Excellence service.

People

Give an example of how this person demonstrated a commitment to people and or employees of MUSC.

Quality

Tell the committee about the impact that the candidate had on Leadership Development, co-workers, and staff related to MUSC Excellence.

Finance

Describe the candidate actions that showed knowledge, skill, and ability in promoting financial stability. Explain exactly what the candidate did.

Growth

Describe a specific action the candidate took or has taken in the last quarter that demonstrate a commitment to service, people, Quality, finance. And growth.
