Once developed a business case can be used for two purposes:
to propose a service change/re-design without financial input
to request funding to make changes in service provision and/or to develop services.
Whatever you use it for it is a ‘snapshot’ of your current
service and gives options for development.

Evaluation of workshops:
Confidence levels rose significantly following the workshops
Few actually used the guide 12 months on but those who had were all successful in their bids for increased resources
The value of this guide seems to be its availability – no-one appears to have had this type of resource previously and welcomed the support and advice it offers.
