ABOUTThe Junior Luvabulls program is ready to find their 2015-2016 teams! The Junior Luvabullswill perform at five (5) Chicago Bulls regular season home games on the court at the UnitedCenter. This program is for young girls who aspire to dance and perform like the Luvabulls.

Our Mission & Goals:

WE BELIEVE THAT YOUTH ATHLETICS IS THE FOUNDATION FOR fitness, wellness, confidence, fun, strength, power, teamwork, friends, self-discipline, time management, goal setting, respect, coordination, flexibility and LIFE. Dance can teach an individual the importance of workingtogether as a team.

Our Teams:

All girls, ages 5yrs. – 17yrs., are invited to join one of our Junior Luvabulls dance teams. Teams will be separated by age ONLY. Each member will be placed on a team after they have finished the online registration.

Team Levels (Age as of September 13, 2015):

• Mini/Beginner Luvs: 5yrs. – 8yrs.

• Youth/Intermediate Luvs: 9yrs. – 12yrs.

• Junior/Advanced Luvs: 13yrs. – 17yrs.

New This Season:

The Junior Luvabulls will only practice at one facility this season. Lou Conte Dance Studio inChicago will be the only location for the program. We are moving all Junior Luvabulls to the same facility to keep the dancers together while learning their routines. This will give theinstructors more creativity with formations and will help to produce more visual routines. This will also help dancers be more prepared on game day with entrances and exits on and off the court.

Junior Luvabulls is a NO-CUT/NO AUDITION program! Space is limited.

REGISTRATION AND DANCE WORKSHOP

To register for the Junior Luvabulls Program, please visit Bulls.com/JuniorLuvabulls. There is an online registration/workshop fee of $150 due by Tuesday, September 8, 2015.

The Dance Workshop is on September 13th and is mandatory for all participants who want to become a member of the Junior Luvabulls program. The uniform and accessory fee of $315 is due at check-in on September 13th. The Junior Luvabulls uniform consists of: custom-made, professional uniform by The Line Up(the same company who designs and produces the Luvabulls costumes), new metallic poms with baton handle, low top white gym shoes, and bow.

Workshop Tentative Run-of-Day

(Please bring cash or money order ONLY. No checks will be accepted. Money orders made outto Chicago Bulls.)

•Members should arrive at 11:30 AM for check-in at Quest Multi Sport Complex. (2641 W Harrison St, Chicago, IL 60612)

•The workshop will end by 2:30 P.M.

•Parents and members will check in at the front desk.

•Junior Luvabull participants will proceed to the court to start warming up. •Parents will attend a mandatory parent meeting starting at 11:45 A.M. Parent meeting room is adjacent to the clinic court. Please bring these information packets with you to the September 13th workshop.

•Junior Luvabulls game schedule will be distributed at the parent meeting.

•After the Parent Meeting, parents and members will try on their uniform and shoes for sizing. At this time, the $315 uniform fee is due.

REHEARSALS

Rehearsal Dates (All rehearsals are on Sundays)

Rehearsal Times and Teams Rehearsals may be canceled due to Sunday Bulls Home Games or Snow Days. We have accounted for that in the tuition. These canceled rehearsals will not be rescheduled. There are no refunds given for canceled rehearsals nor will you be charged fees for missing rehearsals or arriving late.

•All rehearsals will last 1 hr. and 30 min. and will be instructed by current and formerChicago Luvabulls.

•A rehearsal and game schedule will be provided at the orientation/dance workshop.

•Junior Luvabulls will perform hip hop and pom routines at three (3) pre-game shows and two (2) halftime shows throughout the Bulls regular season.

FEES ANDTUITIONOur Junior Luvabulls program is a No-Cut/No Audition program. Below is a breakdown of the following fees.

A Junior Luvabulls team member will incur all of the following participation costs:

•Annual Membership fee •Workshop fee •Monthly Tuition fee •Accessory fees •Uniform fees

Payments will be due at the below payment schedule breakdown. All payments can be paid in cash or money order. Tuition paid after the first practice of the month will incur a $25 late fee in addition to owed tuition. A member will not be allowed to attend practice until the tuition or any fees are paid in full. If a member misses more than three (3) rehearsals due to late tuition and/or other reasons, that child will not be able to perform at the next scheduled Bulls game and will not receive any refunds or credits.

TUITION SCHEDULEAll payments are to be paid in full at the time payments are due. No exceptions or refunds. There WILL be a $25 late fee for all tuition paid after the due date (which is the first rehearsal of every month).

Parents are also able to pay the entire year’s tuition at the workshop. Please remember, all tuition and payments MUST be paid by cash or money order.

**This payment can be split into two (2) payments. $157 will be due at the workshop and the 2nd payment of $158 will be due at the September 20th rehearsal.

GAME TICKETSEveryone who is staying for the game at the United Center on performance day, needs a ticket, including the Junior Luvabulls participant. If your dancer is NOT staying for the entire game, she will NOT need a game ticket but must leave the United Center directly after the performance. All parents or guardians will need a ticket to enter the building. No exceptions.

All parents will be responsible for purchasing Bulls tickets for Junior Luvabull games. A ticket link to purchase game tickets will be provided, with tickets starting as low as $40 each. Junior Luvabulls instructors, Bulls Staff are not involved with ticket sales. Please contact the Bulls ticket department for any questions regarding your tickets. Each Junior Luvabull will be greeted at Gate 3 1/2 by Bulls Staff. All parents will need to enter the building through the main ticket entrance. Junior Luvabulls without a ticket will need to be picked up by a parent immediately after the performance.

I UNDERSTAND THE DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH THAT MAY RESULT FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FALLING OR TRIPPING.
