What is a Bundle Deal?

4. Enter your Bundle Details

Select the Bundle Type for your promotion. Choose from the following bundle types:

Percentage Discount:● E.g. Buy 3 & get 15% off

Amount Discount: ● E.g. Buy 3 and get RM5 off

Special Bundle Price:● E.g. Buy 3 products at RM20

● Note that the discounted amount of Bundle Deal must be lower than the original amount of all products.

This product selector displays all products in your shop.

● Click on the products you wish to add to the bundle.

● Click on the drop-down filter for easier selection of your products.

● Sold out products are greyed out and cannot be selected for the Bundle Deal.

To batch edit products, you can mark tick for the selected products and select ‘Batch Disable’ / ‘Batch Enable’ / ‘Batch Delete’

To edit products individually, you can toggle on to enable/disable specific products

All products in a Bundle Deal must:

a. Have the same shipping option

b. Not be in an overlapping event or promotion (e.g. Shocking Sale, add-on deal or another bundle deal)

Otherwise, the bundle deal cannot be enabled (toggle off in grey).

Once you have created your bundle, you can view the bundle details under Bundle Deal.


Edit: to edit Bundle Deal details and products.

Duplicate: to create the same Bundle Deal on another period

Orders & Data: to check on the order details of the Bundle Deal.

Hover across ‘More’ to select from the dropdown:

Preview: check out how the bundle deal shows from buyers end.

Share Link: share the bundle deal link on social media.

End: End the ongoing bundle deal.

Additional functions to your created Bundle Deals

● ‘More’ is only available for Ongoing deals.● ‘Orders & Data’ is only available for Ongoing / Expired deals.● ‘Delete’ is only available for Upcoming deals.

How to Edit your Bundle Deal?(Web Version)


The maximum duration for a Bundle Deal is 3 months.

You can edit the Bundle Period for: ● Ongoing deal: The end time can

only be changed for it to end earlier.

● Upcoming deal: The start time can only be changed for it to start later.

You can edit the Bundle Type for only Upcoming deals.

After editing, select ‘Confirm’.

● To extend the duration for more than 3 months, you can duplicate the Bundle Deal and select the dates accordingly.

You can edit products for Ongoing or Upcoming Bundle Deals.

Bundle Deals that have expired cannot be edited.

Select ‘+ Add Product’ to add a new product.

Toggle on the existing products to enable/disable it.

Delete/End Your Bundle Deal

To end an ongoing Bundle Deal, hover across ‘More’ and select ‘End’.

To delete an upcoming Bundle Deal, select ‘Delete’.

● Expired Bundle Deals cannot be deleted.

How to Create a Bundle Deal?(In-App Version)


1. Create Bundle Deal via in-app Marketing Centre

Access Marketing Centre from your Shopee app, and select Bundle Deal.

1a Click on ‘Create New Bundle Deal’ to begin creating a Bundle Deal promotion.

2. Enter Bundle Deal Details

Enter a name for your Bundle Deal Promotion (limited to 24 characters)

Select a Start and End Time for your Bundle Deal

Select Bundle Type to for your promotion. Choose from the following bundle types:

4. Adding Products to your Bundle Deal promotion

Click on ‘Add Products’ once Bundle Type details have be set

Tick on the products to be added into the Bundle Deal, then select ‘Add’

● Note that products in a Bundle Deal are required to share a common shipping channel, and not allowed to be in an overlapping event or promotion (eg. Shocking Sale, Add-on Deals or another Bundle Deal).

5. Saving your Bundle Deal promotion

Click on ‘Save’ once all Bundle Deal details and products have been confirmed.

What is Bundle Deal Dashboard?

Bundle Deal dashboard allows you to capture the performance of deals created in a specific period of time/a specific deal. With this insight, you can know the effectiveness of the deals created and the popularity of products or combinations, which can help you in deciding your future promotions.

Observe the overall performance of Bundle Deals created with the key metrics provided.

Step 2: Select the metrics you wish to include You can only select up to 4 metrics in 1 dashboard. Description of each metrics is included in the next slide.

Step 3 (optional): Export the data of metrics you selected into Excel for more detailed analysis.

Sales Total value of paid bundle deals,including shipping fees and excludes other promotions.

Orders Total number of your shop paid orders with bundle deals.

Bundle Deals Ordered Total number of bundle deals ordered in paid orders.

Units Sold Total number of items sold from all bundle deals in paid orders.

Buyers Total number of buyers who purchased your bundle deal in paid orders.

Sales Per Buyer Average bundle deal sales for each buyer who purchased bundle deals in paid orders.

Q: What products cannot be included in a Bundle Deal?

A: There are 3 types of products that cannot be included in a Bundle Deal:● Products with different shipping channels● Products overlapping in other sale events or promotions (e.g. Shocking Sale/Add-on Deals)● Products that are sold out

Q: What is the maximum number of products I can add in a Bundle Deal?

A: You can add up to a maximum of 1000 products for one Bundle Deal.

Q: Why do I get an error message after entering an amount discount / special bundle price?

A: Check the discount amount applied. The after-discount price must be lower than the original price of all products in your bundle.

Q: Why can’t I ‘Batch Enable’ some products in a Bundle Deal?

A: Products in a bundle deal cannot be in:● different shipping channels ● overlapping events (e.g. Shocking Sale or another Bundle Deal) during the same period

Remove products in different shipping channels or in overlapping events and click ‘Batch Enable’ again. Alternatively, you can enable the Bundle Deal when the overlapping event has ended.

Q: What happens to my product in an existing Bundle Deal when it enters a new Shocking Sale?

A: The product will be temporarily removed from the bundle collection for the Shocking Sale duration.

Q: Why can’t I edit the timing of my Bundle Deal?

A: You will only be able to edit timings for Bundle Deal that are: ● Ongoing: the end time can only be changed to be earlier than what you had previously set.● Upcoming: the start time can only be changed to be later than what you had previously set.

This helps to prevent potential overlaps with other Upcoming or Ongoing bundle deals that you may have created. You will not be able to edit the timings for Expired or Shopee-created bundle deals.

Q: Can I remove or add products in a Bundle Deal?

A: Yes, as long as the bundle is ongoing or upcoming. Go to Bundle Deal > Action, select Edit Products and select the products you’d like to remove.

● Batch Delete to delete products in a bundle ● Batch Disable to temporarily disable the products from the bundle ● Batch Able to add / reactivate products in a bundle

The on/off toggle shows you the status of the products in the Bundle Deal. ● On (green) means the product is in the bundle. ● Off (grey) means the product is not in the bundle.

Q: How do I limit the number of bundles each buyer can purchase?

A: To limit the number of Bundle Deal each buyer can purchase from and/or in your shop, you can set a bundle purchase limit under the ‘Purchase Limit’ section.

Q: When the number of products selected by the shopper exceeds my Bundle Deal rule, which products will be included in the bundle and which will be purchased at original price?

A: Products with the highest prices will be automatically included in the Bundle Deal. The remaining products will be charged at their original prices. For example:

Q: Can I set a Discount Promotion for products in a Bundle Deal?

A: Yes, you can set a Discount Promotion for a product that is in a Bundle Deal. Various promotions can coexist in the same time period but they must have different priorities:

● Shocking Sale will take priority over Bundle Deals● Main items of Add-on Deal cannot be in a Bundle Deal, but Add-on items (sub-items) can coexist● Bundle Deal shares the same priority as Discount Promotion, both offers will be visible to buyers● Bundle Deal will takeover Wholesale

Discount Promotion and Bundle DealIf a buyer selects a discount promotion product, and selects all products to fulfill a bundle deal promotion, both promotions will apply.

Example: If product A has a discount of RM5 off, and it is part of a bundle deal with product B & product C to have an additional RM5 off. Buyers who bought all 3 products will get RM10 off.

Shocking Sale Add-on Deal, Bundle Deal, Discount Promotion Wholesale


Q: Can I set a Bundle Deal for products in Shocking Sale?

A: Yes, you can have your product in Shocking Sale when it is already in a Bundle Deal. Various promotions can coexist in the same time period but they must have different priorities:


Shocking Sale and Bundle Deal● Shocking Sale pricing and stocks will take priority over Bundle Deal.

○ Product will be temporarily removed from the Bundle Deal for the duration of the Shocking Sale.● Bundle Deal cannot be created for products currently in Shocking Sale.

○ Product can only be added into the Bundle Deal when the Shocking Sale is over.




Q: Can I set a Bundle Deal for products in Add-on Deals?

A: Yes, you can have your product in both Add-on Deal and Bundle Deal. Various promotions can coexist in the same time period but they must have different priorities:


Bundle Deal and Add-on Deal● Main products in your Add-on Deal cannot be in a Bundle Deal of the same period.

○ You will need to end the Bundle Deal to be able to add item as a Main Product in Add-on Deal.● Add-on Products can coexist in a Bundle Deal during the same period.

○ Only 1 promotion’s pricing and purchase limitation will apply.○ Only when buyer selects enough items to meet Bundle Deal requirements, the Bundle Deal pricing

and purchase limitation will apply.




Q: I have set a Discount Promotion limit of 1 per shopper for product A. product A is also in a Bundle Deal with a limit of 1. Why are shoppers still able to buy more than 1 product A?

A: Shoppers will be able to see both Discount Promotion and Bundle Deal as both promotions have the same priority. They will be able to buy more than 1 product A depending on the products added to cart.

● If shopper adds enough products to cart to form a Bundle Deal, the Bundle Deal limit will apply. ○ For example:

Bundle Deal Rule: Buy 2 get 10% off Products in Bundle Deal: Product A, Product B, Product C

Shopper is allowed to select 2 product A to form a Bundle Deal.

● If shopper adds 1 product A to cart, the Discount Promotion limit of 1 will apply.
