� Passengers are requested to be at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the schedule departure. Passengers who do not

report on tim e will be termed as�NO-SHOW� passengers and will be deni ed boarding with out any refund.

� Kesineni reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or owing to any misconduct of 

behavior/criticall y ill /stretcher borne which may not be deemed safe by the Ke sineni.

�Kesineni reserv es the right to Readjust/Change the seat No's of the any passengers, s o as to av oid inconv ience to Co-

Passs engers. "Lady passe nger indication does not guarantee a lady neighbour."

identity card at the time of boarding. A ticket is not transferable. Passengers with confirmed tickets only are allowed to board the bus.

Persons with wait listed tickets are not permitted to board the bus.

� Passenger should not carry any goods like wepons,inflammables,firearms,drugs,liquor,smuggled goods etc & any other articles that

are prohibitedunder law.Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 15 Kgs, Excess baggage will be charged as per the company

rules. Kesineni will not take responsibility in the event of loss or damage of the passenger luggage. Kesineni reserves the right to

disallo w any excess bagg age ca rried by the passenge rs.

� For ticket cancelled before 3 hours prior to the schedule ti me of departure 10% wil l be deducted on fare, Before 2 hours 20% will

be deducted on fare, Before 1 hour 30% will b e deducted from the fare and for cancellation don e with in 1 hour of schedule tim e

will be treated as "No Show". No refund will be given to �NO-SHOW� passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time.

� Note: Only bonafide passengers holding valid Kesineni tickets booked at Kesineni counters are allowed to cancel tickets and

collect refund at counters. It is mandatory to show original photo ide ntity card at the tim e of cancell ation.

� Cancellation of tickets purchased onl ine should be done onli ne onl y & Cancell ation o f tickets purchased from A gents should bedone with the respective Agent Only.

�Kesineni may delay a bus without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances Kesineni

delays a bus more than 2 hours. Kesineni may reschedule the journey on the next Kesineni service in same sector subject to

availabi lity without any extra charge based on the passenger �s Convenience or enabl e the ful l refund of the ticket as paid by the

passengers. The passenger will have to cancel or reschedule the ticket before the departure of the delayed service else the ticket will

become a �NO-SHOW� and will not be entitled to any refund or reschedule. Kesineni is not responsible for the delays caused

enroute due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic jams etc.

�ALL DISPUTES SUBJECT TO HYDERABAD JURISDICTION ONLY

Cancellation of serv ice:

�Kesineni may cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances Kesineni

shall either reschedule the journey for travel on the next Kesineni service in the same sector, Subj ect to avail abili ty without any extra

charge based on the passengers Convenience or enable a full refund of the ticket as paid by the passenger and shall be under no

further liability to the passenger. The passenger will be required to collect the refund from the point of purchase.

�In case of any breakdowns enroute Kesineni will refund the amount on a prorata basis at the Kesineni booking counters situated at

the origin or destination of the journey. Kesineni will not make any alternate arrangements of travel for breakdowns enroute.

Kesineni is not responsible for any breakdowns of audio, vedio and air conditioni ng equi pment enroute or in the mi ddle of the

 jo urney.

� Kesineni does not allow any pets on board its service.

� For Shirdi Services, hotel accommodation booking facil ity is available in the bus.
