Workers find difficult to work.

Sometime machines work slowly so workers get frustrated.

Workers have to work for hours without any break.

No medical facility.

Conclusion

Technology is obsolete.

Recommendations

Technology should be changed.

Proper medical facility should be there.

Terms of reference

We have four employees for promotion but we only have two slots available. So manager have asked for employee’s performance.

Creativity and innovation

Mansha dua had shown great ability to take risk in advertising campaign.

Kritika jain takes many creative steps to improve working environment of team which helped in increasing profitability by 20%.

Nitin dagar had a great ability to quickly change directions on a project when presented with new information.

Ishu garg last year found a very creative workaround to the clients billing issues which increased revenues by 11%.

Customer satisfaction

Nitin dagar is very smart in overcoming client complaints.

Mansha dua is very empathetic in making each client feel important.

Kritika jain works with customers until they are satisfied and often takes the extra step to help resolve any issues that make customers unhappy.

Ishu garg goes above his normal job activities to please customer.

Job knowledge

Ishu garg had improved immensely over last year and have a great knowledge on excel.

Mansha dua is very consistent in demonstrating her job specific knowledge and technical capacity. 

Kritika jain always keeps up with new industry trends and then applies them when she sees they are beneficial to her work.

Nitin dagar uses a solid understanding of the skill set that is required to execute his job.

Problem solving skills

Kritika jain is very proactive in getting to the root of the problem and then solve accordingly.

Nitin dagar resolves problem before they become big issues.

Ishu garg solve problem very effectively and quickly overcomes it.

Mansha dua uses and her all knowledge to solve her problem that affect her team.
